LOVE Dr. Narula! She actually saw me as a patient when I was younger. Now I take my son to her! Her and her staff are all very friendly and sweet!

Dr Narula is the best. She sees all 5 of my kids and they love her. She always answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!!!!

Amazing Pediatrician. Highly recommend.This pediatrician has treated my son his whole life and has never failed once. I 100% recommended this Doctor. Thank you for everything Dr. Narula. You’re the best.

I had bad experience here. For initial consult which should be free, they charged me cause my son had complicated diagnosis. Then, when I went my son (who has HIE) was written down as CP. I told doctor he isn't diagnosed CP and she said, it's the same thing. No. It's not. My son has hypertonia and now is 2 and STILL isn't diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Also I called once after hours fearing my son had asphyxiation symptoms and I was yelled at and patronized for calling for that and so early. It was really awful. I switched to Centegra and was much happier. Now I live in another city, and have someone else though. And I was not a patient of Dr. Narula but another doctor she works with I forgot her name... Oh! And communication regarding insurance was way too confusing and was stressful to figure out I had bad experience here. This “doctor” Narula is not a nice person at all.Extremely unsympathetic towards children with special needs or conditions. Has a very old mentality of “everything is fine” attitude doesn’t do any thorough check up or any sort and just brushes everything off! My daughter has been complaining of her private hurting for a long time and has severe anxiety and hard to console and check and so she did not check properly and was scared of doing so and just said her urine “looks fine.” I thought you have to send urine to a lab to get the culture to grow or whatever??? And on top of that I was just there to get a school physical form filled out and she brought up the same stuff as before about my daughter receiving “so many services” because she gets OT and PT (which she needs). I have been bringing my boys to Dr. Narula’s office now for the past 3 years. For one, the office is always able to squeeze my boys for a sick visit if needed & I appreciate that so much. Always friendly, always willing to listen, great staff as well. The office also has Dr. Edge. When my youngest had a jaundice issue, Dr. Edge did so much research & even called me to tell me what she had been looking into (and turned out to be right.) Both Dr’s are great honestly. As a nurse with a lot of experience working with physicians, I have nothing but great things to say! These ladies ALWAYS take great care of my boys. Dr. Narula has been taking care of my girls for over 10 years. She is kind, caring and always willing to discuss and answer questions. I never have a problem getting a sick appointment and have never waited in the waiting room long. Everyone in the office is very nice and professional. Dr. Narula is a wonderful pediatrician. She treats my children like they were her own. Dr. Narula explains everything clearly and is very attentive to any questions. My kids absolutely love going to see her!

Dr. Narula has been treating my 2 children (13 & 15) since they were infants. I have gotten same day appointments when I needed and the office staff is very friendly. Great care.

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Narula, her expertise is phenomenal. She takes care of my two boys ever since we have moved in to the suburbs. She’s always on target and my boys like her a lot. I would recommend Dr. Narula to others!!!!

I love Dr Narula , she is kind and attentive, her staff is amazing and it is very easy to get in for an appointment when there is urgency for a visit which was a problem with our previous pediatrician! She is a great Doctor and I have recommended her to several other friends who are mothers !

At the beginning she was fine she was recommended to me by my OBGY which I trust. She began asking about my personal life and asking why my sons dad and I split up and if we were ever married and it just made me super uncomfortable!!! I stopped going there for anything that my son needed instead I took him to an outpatient if it was necessary. So anyway I just went in to get a record of the vaccines and they refused to fill out the document required by his pre school!!! The receptionist at the front was rude and said it required an appointment to fill out the document!!! Like why would I need an appointment for the doctor to fill out a document if he’s up to date with all his shots??? .. they are just looking to bill you with anything.. If I could give this place a ZERO STAR i would definitely. I doNOT recommend this place to anyone! Extremely rude and don’t understand personal boundaries or what you should or shouldn’t say to parents. Dr Narula told me- my child at the time 1.5 years old that he should be put on medicine because she couldn’t handle how hyper he was and it wasn’t right for his age to be that hyper right then and there I told her we were done and we were no longer going there they refused to hand over my childs vaccine records also thankful my new office got them they even told me how rude they were.. Any one has been around children in any age knows they are hyper and have moments where they are Excited. Because they are KIDS!!! If u hate children and can’t handle moments that every child can have then you shouldn’t be a doctor in my opinion. Now that my son is 4.5 years old. Dr. Narula is very kind and thorough! She listens and gets to the root of problems. In 4 years, they've been prompt to see my daughter when sick! I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been taking our two children to Dr. Narula for 13 years. I have found her to be friendly, professional and thorough (I would rather have my children see a real Doctor rather than a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician's assistant (PA) at urgent care). I would not recommend this office or doctor. We originally went there to follow Dr. Roig but the office is so unorganized and DIRTY. I felt like my kids would catch something just going to the bathroom there or sitting on a table. The communication is absolutely terrible and Dr. Narula is extremely rude.

We have been taking our children to Dr. Narula for several years. She is kind, patient, and professional. Even our 5-year-old looks forward to her appointments. Dr Narula takes the time to get to know her patients and their families, which results in an immeasurable level of trust. She is thorough while explaining illnesses and treatment options. The office is clean and the other staff members are very friendly. We’ve never had an issue with scheduling or billing. I can’t imagine going anywhere else! Have been going here since I was 15 years old, my eldest daughter, and now my newborn. Dr. Edge is amazing and has a great personality. Dr. Narula knows her stuff and always gives her best suggestion! I drive out of my way to make sure my kids get the health treatment they deserve!

Excellent service.!!! Love the office stuff and the doctors. I had moved to Illinois in 2011 and visited about four deferent pediatrician offices and none provided the quality care I want for my children.
