This office is under new management. Dr. Silverstein is no longer the pediatrician. My 20 month old is sick for the first time. Fever 100.4. I was told that I had to make an appointment for a sick visit and that I had to take her to an urgent care facility because they were full today. In all of my years of being a mother this is unheard of and totally unacceptable! Sick is not scheduled!!!! Please find another pediatrician who take sick Children unexpectedly. Everyone is so helpful
Dr Silverstein took care of my baby for her first 6 months. He is so kind and knowledgeable. As a first time Mom I had a lot of anxiety but he put me at ease. His staff is wonderful too and were so understanding and quick to respond to all my phone calls. Unfortunately I had to move out of state and can’t find a pediatrician who can come close to the care we received here. I’d definitely recommend him to new parents. Love both Dr. Silverstein and NP Lane. Nurse Ashley is a particular favorite! Always on time, attentive, and personable. Would definitely recommend!
We have been taking our son to see Dr. Silverstein since he was born and absolutely love it at this practice! Dr. Silverstein and his staff is extremely knowledgable, friendly, and compassionate. We are first time parents, and the doctor always answers all of our questions and never rushes us out our visits. I can't say enough great things about this practice. Even the receptionist is super friendly and personable. We will continue to share our great experiences with friends and family. Thanks Dr. Silverstein and team for everything you guys do. Pediatric Care of Altamonte is AMAZING! They are quick to answer the phone. They've got all the answers to your questions and the staff is highly knowledgeable. Also, if you have any concerns about your child or anything in general, they are there for you. They treat each patient as if they are their own. IT IS AMAZING HERE!
Dr Silverstein is very patient. He explains in detail and makes sure everything is clear and concise. His PA is also wonderful. My son has been a patient of this office for 17 years with no complaints at all.
