Had a great visit! I went it to get a cap put on a tooth. The front desk ladies were funny and full of life, they took care of me and made sure I was in no pain before I left. Both the Dr. Richter and Kelly to great care of me also making sure I was comfortable and pain free ! I will be referring all of my friends and family here! Best dentist office in NWI!

So many great compliments regarding Dr. Richter’s practice, the first being the very excellent level of dental care he provides. Very skilled, compassionate, and attentive to detail. His staff is always efficient and friendly.

I have gone to Dr. Richter for years and years and years. You could not go to a better dentist and one who has a fabulous team. It is a family atmosphere. When you are there, you are the focus. First appt went better than I could have hoped. Everyone was kind and professional. Office was clean with separate rooms for each patient. Doctor took his time to listen to me and addressed all my concerns. We have a game plan to help my tmd pain and get my bite fixed. Richter Dental is amazing! I made an appointment for my 3 year old daughter (her first time) and myself. My daughter was a little worried but they made her feel so comfortable by showing her the tools they will use, letting her feel them & explaining to her exactly what they will do (Miss Jodi) She was so relaxed after that!! She even went right home to floss and use the Richter dental cup they gave us in our goodie bag for new patients. Miss Jodi was great with my daughter and me! I hate the sound of the scraping during the cleaning (who doesn’t!?) and Jodi took breaks and talked to me so it wasn’t so intense!! They do such a thorough job with making sure I didn’t have cavities and once again explaining it all to me. I told my husband of our experience and he is ready to make an appointment with them too! Dr. Richter is great too, he made us both feel comfortable while we were there and saw something that needs to be fixed with my daughter that we know will help her with her sleeping. I haven’t experienced top notch customer service in a while. The entire staff from the front office to hygienist are absolutely amazing. I had a million questions and they took time to answer them all. Richter Neal is the best I’ve come across in my life. He gets to know you as a person and then as a patient. If it were possible to give Zero, I would. This dental office is full of mess! They are liars and con artists! I was given an itemized bill stating the amount insurance would pay and the amount I was responsible for. I paid the amount I was responsible for and did not return. I then receive a bill for over $500! My insurance covers all routine procedures, including exams, and cleanings. There is no justification for the extortion and I truly do not appreciate it!! For years, I've needed to have 3 of my top front teeth replaced and a chipped molar fixed. I was very self conscious about my smile (I'm in a very customer facing career), and very much dreaded pursuing the dental work that I needed. I came to Dr. Richter because I needed to have some extensive dental work done. My front teeth were badly decayed, to the point that I no longer felt comfortable smiling. My dental issues began years ago and I was unable to address them because of the cost. I had previously been quoted in the neighborhood of $10,000 by another dentist who had told me I needed veneers to fix the issues that I was having. I decided to seek a second opinion, and after doing some research I came across Dr. Richter and decided to go see him. Soon after I arrived at his office and was very pleasantly welcomed by his staff, Dr. Richter performed a thorough examination and drew up a treatment plan for me. He discussed every facet of my treatment plan in detail with me, and clearly addressed all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Richter explained to me that I in fact did not even need veneers as I was originally told by the other dentist, and that he would be able to completely resolve my dental issues for about 1/3 of the cost that I was originally quoted. I decided to move forward with Dr. Richter's treatment plan, and he completed all of the work that I needed in just over 1 month. The results...spectacular! I really could not have asked for anything more. I am so completely satisfied with not only my results, but with the entire experience overall. The staff, from administrative to the hygienists, are all very professional and very caring people. Each one of them, really. Based on my experience with Dr. Richter himself, I cannot give him a strong enough recommendation. He is kind, understanding, and his work is second to none.
