I had the worst experience with Dr. Mikhail Tsich and his receptionist Dolly. A total waste of time and nerves, worthless entire full year of no work of any kind. I needed a crown on my left side to which Mikhail Tsich had submitted to my insurance without explaining on what is actually happening with my right side with my other tooth, that it’s broken and I can’t chew. I spoke to him and asked him to submit a new claim this time actually explaining the narrative, he said he will and it was a lie on his part. A supervisor from my insurance stated that it was submitted same way carelessly. I called to speak with Dr. Tsich and of course Dolly with her careless attitude stated that she’ll have him reach out to me and he never did. Also, I was in his chair many months ago for cleaning and he said he had to go and do an extraction for another patient and then a minute later I hear a MALE patient screaming, he was doing the extraction without proper IV sedation. He should be sued. I told him that I will not have an extraction with him that I’ll need a referral because he said he cannot sedate me he’s not an oral surgeon, when I asked Dr. Tsich if Dr. Nazar Shcheglov can do the extraction under sedation he said he’s also not a DDS, I was surprised because if you google him it claims DDS. This was the worst experience, I am so happy that I found a good DDS now and am ecstatic to put this horrid experience behind! Highly recommend. The doctor, his assistant and the office are very pleasant. My visits were pain free. He basically saved my teeth.

It's always a pleasure going to this dentist. I feel comfortable and fear free. I have already recommended him to multiple friends.

You can tell when an office cares about their patients, this one does not. Ive been coming here for a while and Ive had several isolated incidents that clearly exemplified the horrors of this reality of what I experienced today. Deception, inconsideration and lack of professionalism is best to describe this place. My appointment was scheduled at 11:30. I rushed to get to my appointment, even spent $20 on a cab to be on time. Only to wait over an hour to be serviced. I wont be back

Great appointment availability, comfortable atmosphere and clean office environment. Knowledgeable, friendly and experienced staff. Dr. Scheglov listens attentively to your wishes and attends to every need. Great teeth whitening experience! Definately will recommend!

I will recommend their teeth whitening procedure. Fast, comfortable and not a painful as some others that I've had. Also staff and Dr. Scheglov answer all your questions and can take care of all your needs/plans. Great appointment availability and flexibility. Definitely will recommend. :)

Dr. Shcheglov is my favorite dentist. He tells me what's about to happen, he's gentle and patient. Most of all, he's easy on the eyes!!

Excellent dentist. If you are afraid of the dentist Dr. Shcheglov is the one to go to. I've always had a great experience and his work is pain free. You can tell he loves what he does.

Love Harlem Dental Care! The atmosphere is always great and everybody are friendly. Dr. Nazar is simply amazing! Explains well everything, is very gentle and takes care of the patient to the very detail,the best ever. Also, the technician Boris is very helpful, careing and most of all, funny:)

attempts to run up bill with unwanted services, attempted to clean my teeth with the dental equivalent of a dremel. Chose not to have the top layer of enamel removed from my teeth. My reason for being there - to have a chip in a bonded tooth rebonded did not happen as dr insisted it was not previously bonded so he did not have to remove old bonding to repair small chip. He said I could come back to have it repaired again when it broke off as new bonding won't adhere to old. Total hack.

I'm a new patient of Dr.Shcheglov, and was quite apprehensive at first. I have always been fearful of having dental work done. Dr Shcheglov has since put those fears to rest. He is an expert at his craft. His staff made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process of my root canal and even made me laugh. I have benefited from his extra ordinary talent, professionalism, and gentle touch. I look forward to my next appointment, finally a friendly, confident, professional that's pain free.
