Everyone was very kind & personable. The Doctor made you feel very comfortable & had a very gentle manner.

Dr.Navizadeh is warm, kind, approachable and very welcoming! He’s awesome.

I saw him about a year ago and I'm still traumatized by the whole experience. I do agree his high rating is MISLEADING. In the beginning he was ok, however as time progressed he became rude whenever we would ask him questions. As first time parents it is normal to have questions especially when you are pregnant with multiples. He was very condescending, perhaps he felt challenged by our questions? My husband and I are scientists and perhaps a little more analytical than other people. We wonder if others just took his advice with no questioning? He was extremely rude. He made us believe there could be a chance of vaginal delivery but by the 2nd trimester he exploded and said that there would be no way and that we could go somewhere else if we want to be unsafe. All we were doing was asking if that was still an option. Long story short, my husband and I had a plan B and while we had to drive to Van Nuys, we found a more capable female OBGYN there. She had the best bedside manners. If you are a current patient please consider switching. I would suggest you to have a plan B sooner than later as sometimes you won't be allowed to switch OBGYN if your pregnancy is too advanced. We were lucky! Best to you mamas, you deserve someone who will treats you nicely. Pregnancy is tough and there is no need to be treated poorly while you go through one of the hardest times of your life.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Chenita Landry. She was extremely professional, caring, and an excellent clinician. I would highly recommend her for those individuals who are seeking evaluation by an OB/GYN specialist.

Best Doctor in SCV!! I read reviews that Dr. Navi wasn’t very personable and very quick with patients which I didn’t care I wanted a Doctor that knows what he is doing not just reads a book and thinks that that is what is for all people, a doctor with a brain not just a robot. I want a doctor that will know what to do if something happens or goes wrong with me or my baby before or during delivery and know I am safe in his hands and I found him!! Thank you Dr. Navi! I wish I found you 2 pregnancies ago!! Btw not taking time or being non personable was not my experience at all. Dr. Navi asked multiple times if we had any questions, he was very in tune with us like we were his only patients that day. Oh and he also has the best ultrasound equipment around. Our baby is already adorable and very healthy! Thank you thank you!!

I would definitely recommend Dr.Navi to any new moms. If you are ok waiting for a while during his appointments (of course, goes with the territory of being a popular ObGyn), then you are in good hands. He is very experienced and genuine in any advice he gives you. Also, assures you he is available anytime you need a question answered.

Always so caring and respectful.

This was my first visit with Dr. Navizadeh he was very patient with me answered all my question.

I trust know one else but Dr Navi with my female health and pregnancy

Everyone in the office is nice and welcoming. Dr.Navi is very patient and answered all our questions.

Dr. Navi and his staff are great! We are so satisfied with this level of care and attention to our journey to parenthood.

I used the Kegel chair. It ended up being about $195 for 30 minutes. My pelvic floor needs a lot of rehab to prevent surgery. This chair with the electric coil gives you 2300 kegles in 30 minutes. It’s intense and worth every penny. See you guys next week for my next session.

dr navi is the best ob gyn around. he delivered both my kids and never had anyone covering him. he is always there for you with any questions

Very happy with my first visit with Dr. Navizadeh! I was transferring care from another provider and had had already a poor prior experience, so I was a bit hesitant with this visit. I am happy to say that he truly made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. Definitely quite a difference from my previous provider. Both Dr. Navizadeh and his stuff are wonderful people.

The stuff is very rude on phone! To be specific the nurse called Maria Torres ie so rude! After I commented / left a note about her on my patient portal! My account is now blocked I can’t access it anymore because I left note that nurse Maria torrese is rude!!!! Wow! The stuff is very unprofessional! The galz that answer phone calls are so rude! Saw Navi for most of my pregnancy. He was extremely rude, booked and zero bedside manner. I was a high risk pregnancy. When I wanted to change docs he refused to send over medical records. I needed to report him in order to get them released. I know sooo many unhappy clients of his. I feel his rating is totally misleading.

I see Dr Landry and she is great: personable, warm, doesn’t make you feel rushed and seems to really care about your questions and well being. If I knew where/ if she practiced elsewhere I would follow her to a different office. Here’s my experience at this office: Friendly staff, but I’m not sure they have any nurses working here. More on that later.. I was scheduled for an 830 am appt and the office was closed when I showed up around 815 and staff wasn’t even there yet. They didn’t open the lobby until 8:40. I’m assuming this is a way for them to double book patients all day to make $$. At least have your office open at the time you’re scheduling patients for appointments. Someone called me with results on a test that I had done. I don’t believe this person was a nurse, given that her advice for me to follow about the test results sounded like she was reading it from a paper. I had a few questions and the answers were repetitive and I was told if I had further questions to make an appt to see the dr. Please correct me if I’m wrong, but for the amount of money you pay to be seen here there should be a nurse in this office who can either call to give patients test results/ be there for quick phone consultations if needed. Years ago when I was pregnant the office forgot to call me about test results I had that were important to taking care of myself during my pregnancy. Again if I could follow dr Landry to another office I would. Shes the only reason I’m Giving 3 stars. Love Dr Navi and everyone at the office! They are amazing. This is my second pregnancy at his office and he and the girls are always super welcoming, helpful and answer any questions I have. They have amazing bedside manners and always make sure I’m aware/understand what is going on

It is always a very pleasant experience at this office. Sometimes the wait is long but it is more than worth it!

I do not recommend this doctor if you are there for dealing with anything outside of pregnancy. Dr. Navi is rude, and could care less about anything other than forcing pap smears. I am not there to talk about pap smears. I went for an ultrasound to check for a few things non pregnancy related, and he was so hell bent on me doing a pap smear that he got short and angry when I demanded we stay on topic of why I was there. His colleague Courtney is amazing, but he will try to ambush you on tests you say no to, or are not there for. He also refuses care if you do not submit to a pap smear regardless. If I could give him less stars, I would. I do not recommend this doctor if you are there for dealing with anything outside of pregnancy. Great OBGYN doctor . Comforts you before surgery takes place. He also answers all questions you may have during Pre Op visit . Thorough and informative; he knows his stuff . Patient and empathetic. However he is very busy doctor he has a lot of patients ; he is that good . When overloaded with patients he moves fast and short, which he may come off as careless, but he really cares about all his patients and women’s health and well being . Great OBGYN doctor . Dr. Navi is an amazing OB. My husband and I had three miscarriages before he delivered our daughter so pregnancy was a super anxious experience for me. Dr. Navi always listened to my concerns and reassured me when I needed it. He can even crack a joke or two when the time is right haha! He may be busy but he’s 100% worth the wait.
