Love the Niles dental family. They always make me feel so welcome when I walk in the door. They’re professional and charming all at the same time. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

Best dental experience in my life! If all could have this wonderful of an experience, then no one would ever be nervous or anxious about going to the dentist! Great staff! Kind and helpful, knowledgeable and professional!

Another wonderful experience at the dental office. No pain and the nitrous helped me relax. I've never been to a dentist I liked,they all hurt me. Nathan doesn't hurt me at all,his jokes and staff make it all a pleasant experience!

Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable ,and super funny my kids love them and I couldn't be more thrilled with Nathan's work thank guys ????

Great people doing a great job. I am always pleased with the care and genuine concern for my well being the entire staff shows during my visits. Contrary to the common notion of dread associated with having dental work done, that is not the case for me when going to Dr. Niles. Amazing people and work!!

My appointment was right on schedule. The staff was very friendly and cheerful.

Greatest dental experiences I have ever had. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff are friendly and down to earth. Almost sad to have my braces taken off because I won't be seeing them as often, however my teeth look beautiful.

My whole family comes here!!! Staff is AWESOME!!! No one usually has a good time at the dentist but it seems I always do here

I take my children here. The staff is always nice. My daughter had teeth pulled and the next day was in extreme pain. They got her in to be seen right away. I had to call the emergency line a few days later for her and Dr. Niles met us at the office to help her. Overall, my children are comfortable going here, I’m confident in the work he does, and happy with the treatment my children have received. Best dentist and staff I have ever encountered. Okay, so it's hard to get excited about going to the dentist, I know. But Nathan Niles and his crew in Arkansas City is, hands down, the best experience I've ever had in dentistry. Their laid-back and casual approach made me feel more like a welcomed friend than a patient - I honestly felt like they were all people I had known for years. Dr. Niles also had what is a tragically rare quality in any sector of healthcare nowadays, genuine concern for his patient. Sympathetic to the pain that we all know is an often dreaded but always necessary fact of dentist's chair, Dr. Niles was quick to put me at ease with the rise of any discomfort. Over the past few weeks I have had extensive dental work done at the hands of Dr. Niles and his staff, and even though I'm very... VERY... happy that it is all done and over-with now, I have to say that I regret the fact that I don't have an excuse to return to the clinic just to overhear the witty, casual banter they shared with each other.
