Dr. Guerette provided diagnostic expertise and, ultimately, specialized surgical skills to address and resolve years of issues other doctors told me was “normal” after childbirth and just learn to live with them. Thank you, Dr. Guerette. He and his office staff are top notch.

Totally a waste of time. He did not confirm a diagnosis and treating me for Pain in my in perdendal nerve. After 70 shots and the operation to implant stent that failed he finally looked in a procedure in the hospital at my bladder and my bladder had collapsed so he was treating the wrong thing that whole time. I went to another urologist he said the collapsed bladder is minimal and should not cause the pain so I am still in pain and going to another doctor . They also do not Return your call and I mean never. If you’d like to wait in the waiting room for over an hour then you might like to go to Dr. Guerette.He made a fortune off of me by doing procedures I did not need.

If you are looking for a highly qualified, extremely skilled, caring, and intelligent physician, then you will find that in Dr. Nathan Guerette! Dr. Guerette performed major surgery on me for a prolapse. I went to two other renowned physicians for treatment, but they were not as thorough regarding treatment options or were not qualified to perform certain procedures. In my opinion, HE IS THE BEST PHYSICIAN FOR FEMALE PELVIC MEDICINE AND WOMEN'S INTIMATE WELLNESS IN THIS REGION! I am fully persuaded because of the treatment I received from this physician that he is indeed a master physician and is a "top brass, first class" doctor. You will not be disappointed. He knows his stuff!

Do not use this dr. I did and I’m sorry I ever walked into his office. I have since been informed by more than one well respected dr. In richmond that he has a bad reputation among the medical community. He is in it for the money and you will spend a lot in additional treatments he will tell you you need and then they don’t work. Most of these treatments are not covered by insurance. Please do your research and get second opinion.

I am a patient of Dr. Guerette. I was referred due to severe complications post childbirth over 17 years ago. My struggles just kept getting worse year after year. Finally, it was simply unbearable. I was so incredibly blessed, and I am forever grateful to have been referred to him. I knew my first consultation that there was finally hope for my situation. I left my first visit feeling so confident. I just knew Dr. Guerette was going to change my life. He did just that! I am several weeks post op today from major surgery. I only have two words for Dr. Guerette. “WORLD CLASS” Surgeon. Thank you, to his staff as well for the support and guidance along my journey.

Dr Guerette took the time to listen to me when no one would. Made me feel very comfortable.

Thank god my PP recommended me to see him. I have been suffering with pelvic pain due to a 3rd degree prolapse and the surgery went so smooth. He was extremely attentive and visited me in the hospital to make sure I was healed. His staff is also exceptional. I also heard he is one of the best Urogyn in the country. Thank you to my primary care for recommending such a gifted surgeon!!

Dr. Guerette is the best surgeon in Virginia! Do not go to anyone else if you need robotic surgery for prolapse issues. I had robotic surgery and it changed my life. His nurse Jennifer is the sweetest woman who is kind and considerate of your issues.

Dr. Guerette is extremely kind and spends time with the patient making sure that they understand exactly what is happening to cause their embarrassment and discomfort. I would HIGHLY recommend him to every woman that I know with incontinence problems.

Dr. Guerette is caring, competent and compassionate. His staff is lovely! All around good experience!

His main issue is that he does not listen to the patient. He has a preconceived notion of the issue and treats from that viewpoint. His nursing staff are rather cold and unfriendly.

Dr. Guerette is internationally known and an excellent surgeon for pelvic reconstruction and sexual health.

Dr Guerette helped me when no one else could. His staff was kind and helpful when I was nervous.

I had 2 prior bladder surgeries with complications before seeing Dr. Guerette. He was able to correct the problem when no one else was. He is kind and professional and always takes his time to understand his patients.

I couldn't stand myself down there since having kids. Nothing looked or felt right. Dr. Guerette was able to fix everything and you couldn't even see the scars. Thank You!!!

While Dr. Guerette is a competent, caring physician, his office is ill-managed and poorly run. I have experienced consistently long waits at appointments -- one as long as three hours -- a test result that was not read timely, causing the patient to be in severe pain for more than a week longer than necessary; and phone calls that went unreturned. For all of these things, I have rarely heard apologies and have even been treated at times with disdain by staff.
