Dr. Chamberlain is who I needed when I was referred to Nephrology Associates. It was a stressful time for me. His bedside manner quickly put me at ease. I trust his care from the first visit in 2014 to now.

I had an appointment to see Dr. Chamberlain on Tues. Sept 22nd. I tested positive for covid 19 about two months ago and have been symptom free for weeks. I have had several Dr appointments during this covid pandemic with no problems. I show up for my appointment and I am told i cannot see the Dr. because i don't have a letter from the health dept stating that I am now symptom free. OK i wish they had told me this ahead of time but i will reschedule. I show up for my next appointment on Thurs. Sept. 24th and I am told thank you for bringing in the letter but you still cannot see the Dr. because you need a neg. covid test, if you will just drive around the side of the building it will only take a min. I drive around the side of the building and wait, no one there so i call. Hello yes the nurse will be right out. The office covid nurse comes out and says i am sorry about the mix up but you do NOT need a followup covid test. OK I drive back around and go back into the office and I am meet by the office manager who says of course you need a negative covid test, who said that you didn't, YOUR COVID NURSE. Friendly receptionist, nurses and lab personnel. Dr. Chamberlain is the best and Josh his assistant is a great guy also. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a kidney specialist.

Allowed my husband to bleed to death while shrugging his shoulders about it. Is that good enough?

A sudden and acute problem was treated aggressively, correctly, with compassion, and with full detailed explaination of what, why, and how treatement was being done. There aren't enough good things to say about Dr. Chamberlain and the entire staff. They are first rate in every respect. They communicate effectively, run on time, and follow up. We are relocating and will greatly miss interacting with Dr Chamberlain.
