Terrible experience. I was there for 2nd opinion and received no consultation on my options or if I am on the right track, only received referrals for imaging which I already had. Then charged me 250$ as a self pay, when the range was 119-390$. Would not negotiate the rate they charged me. Avoid.

Waited in the waiting room for over a hour

What a joke! I only gave 1 star because I had to in order to share my experience. 5 visits to Dr. Nathan Breazeale after a sports injury and it was a total waste. Charged a co-pay every time...even when I went to see him AFTER the MRI, just to get the results...and got charged a 5th copay ($70 each visit) just for him to tell me "nothing was wrong, go see a physical therapist." My knee is in excruciating PAIN, there is definitely something WRONG. Thanks...for NOTHING! What a joke! One of my favorite doctors. Practice is very well run.

Nothing but excellent service from Dr. Brazeale and his staff. I can get in within a day or two usually. The team does great work and really listens to your issues and seeks to understand and align on treatment.

Not every doctor approaches a hamstring avulsion at point of origination as he did.And not every doctor approaches the injury of a 50 plus year old ex-athlete and active woman as he does younger athletes. He put me in a brace and on crutches, paused a few weeks, and then was certain that I needed to fix this for the quality of life I lived. I am grateful beyond for this young, newer group of orthopedists that truly love what they do, and are damn good at it. I was married to a really good orthopedist. But it's time for them to move aside for the next generation. In fact, a yoga pal who is married to an incredible orthopedist recommended these docs! These surgeons at Austin Sports Medicine are cream of the crop. Oh yeah, I believe he is the only surgeon in TX that does this surgery through a scope. I saw Dr Breazeale about 15 years ago and he was awesome. He did my knee surgery and I've gone back to him a few times over the past years. I loved his office and his professional manner.

Excellent care with no waiting. Highly efficient and a friendly staff. An outstanding experience from beginning to end. A+++

Dr. Breazeale and his staff are wonderful. Office staff are very professional and caring. Dr. Breazeale's Physician Assistant is awesome, he takes care of request in a timely manner and follows through.
