Dr. Berger was almost an hour late and felt like he was in a hurry to some other place. He was pretty rude and had absolutely no idea about my history despite the fact that it was taken during the prior visit a month ago (and again at the day of the visit) at the same place and was on file. He was asking inappropriate questions based on my country of origin. He was constantly interrupting me, didn’t even let me finish my sentences. When asked about medications compatibility he suggested me googling it. Unfortunately had to have a follow up phone call with him which basically was the same as my in person visit. The receptionists were also very rude, laughed in my face when I asked some clarifying questions about my prescription. Overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this provider.

Dr. Berger was gentle with me as a patient, through surgery, and post opt. I have a fear of medical professionals. He eased my anxiety immediately. He's very knowledgeable and caring. He is someone who I will never forget! 5/5 I would recommend him to anyone who's in need of medical services.

Dr. Berger speaks in a condescending tone. He calls patients without knowing their full case. I would have to remind him of the reasons why I got blood drawn (which he ordered BTW) and what I have done so far. When he cant answer a question I ask, he advises that he will call back and NEVER calls back without me having to call his office staff several times to get proper instructions. I would NOT recommend him for those experiencing fertility issues as you already have to wait a year before you can work with a doctor to find the cause and between him and his office staff not knowing what they need to tell you, it greatly slows down the process. I am upset that he was recommended for fertility issues. I want him to figure out the problem, but if I successfully conceive, I will change to another doctor expeditiously. Wonderful doctor.

Dr Berger was ok. His front desk staff is awful. He doesn’t communicate with his patients directly and allow the front desk manager Cheryl to talk to his patient and she does not have the patient’s first interest and answers questions the doctor should be. There are also hidden fees

Dr. Berger was OK. Not very good at communicating. His front desk staff are AWFUL. If you have RE issues or fertility issues, you need a supportive and communicative doctors office! this is NOT the one for you. His staff take forever to get back to you and they call with results without any explanation (because they are just MSAs and not clinical staff). Dr. Berger was very rude and unprofessional. As a new patient, he did not give me an opportunity to tell him my story. He was not patient to listen to my concern and he did not pay any attention to the questions I asked him and he was in a hurry to move on to something else. I left his office extremely disappointed and angry. He made feel worse than I was before stepping into his consultation room. I do not recommend him at all.

Amazing, takes his time to make sure you understand everything.

Finally someone who doesn’t make me feel like the chronic issues I’ve been struggling with are my fault. I’ve never worked with someone who actually sat down and had a face to face conversation about hormonal health and the microbiome with me. It’s taken years of traumatizing gyno appointments where I’d pretty much given up talking to a professionals about my issues, to find Dr Berger’s office but I’m so glad I did. I am so fed up with this office. They rarely answer phones; they can be overheard discussion patients or talking loudly to patients from the waiting room; they are always running extremely behind schedule; and then they rush you out the door. The last time I managed to get an appointment, I waited over an hour before anyone even acknowledged that they were behind. I wasn’t seen until I explained that I was going to miss my grandmother’s funeral (which I did). One of the nurses then stated that their first appointment that morning kept returning to ask more questions and they kept inviting her back to answer them and it set them back for the rest of the day. That’s a great example of how mismanaged they are. At that same appointment, I was rushed out the door with instructions to call back on a certain date to set up my next appointment. When I did, I learned that Dr. Berger was out of town and would be until a much later date, even though this next appointment was to just get a refill of something. He did not leave the refill at the office or called in to my pharmacy and they had no other doctors available to write it. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone since his alleged return, despite calling multiple times at various times of day and leaving messages on multiple department voicemails. The best in every aspect of OB-GYN and as a doctor overall. Surgery top notch. Knowledge superb. If anyone is going to do surgery on me ,and he has, it has to be Nathan. He fixed me right up and saved my ovaries. He did surgery on my mom 10 years ago and his service is still the best which is why I travel from Aberdeen to see him as my regular GYN doctor! I don’t usually do reviews but Dr.Berger and Nicole deserves this. Im a new patient and usually feel so uneasy when going to a new doctor. I got in there, Nicole all I can say is I love her already. She make sure you understand everything and it’s super easy to get in touch with her over the phone. Dr. Berger is very thorough when examining. He found things that other doctors looked right passed. He seems very knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. And they both listen to all your problems and trust me I have a lot of them. He had a lot of patients that day but they made me feel like I was his only one. I have been going to dr. berger since 2013 he is awesome he knows more about my cycle then me! He always know exactly whats going on when I tell him my symptoms. When I got pregnant with my son he referred me to a nice OB

Doctor Berger is fantastic! His manor with patients, willingness to help, his skill, advice and he actually listens! So glad I found him as my new OB/GYN.

I wasted years going to john Hopkins fertility center which turned out to be a complete waste of time/$! Went to Dr. Berger & got pregnant ???? first try. Dr. Berger did not treat me like an experiment (John Hopkins) he treated me like family. I was blessed to find Dr. Berger as I was beginning to give up, I remember asking him if I was too old to have kids lol he assured me he'll do everything possible to help me get pregnant. The best doctor I've ever met! He is super professional, but also he is a good soul who actually care about his patients. He explains you step by step the problems you have and the best way to solve them. I was with him for almost 1 year, and his treatment and procedures helped me and my husband to become pregnant after a long way for visits to different doctors here and outside US. Unfortunately he is not an OB, otherwise I'd continue visiting him. God bless you Doctor Berger! we need that all doctors will be like you. Thanks for everything! The best doctor I've ever met! Dr. Berger is the best GYN I've ever met. Professionalism, ethics and humaneness are the words that I'd use to describe him. I was his patient for almost 1 year for fertility problems, and his procedures helped me to become pregnant. After my delivery I will go back to his office for sure! Thanks Dr. Berger!

Went to see this doctor and before he gave me any meds he fixed the problem, needless to say my insurance required me to see the specialist where I worked since the insurance was thru them. I didn't have the chance to use doctor Berger services as much as I wanted too but the services I did receive was out of this world, love love this doctor, so hubby and I are going back to him we are just going to pay out of pocket, because we both loved this doctor so much. Dr.Nathan Berger is truly AMAZING!!!! If you are looking for real solutions to your problems he is the one to see...Icena and ALL of his office staff is extremely helpful and friendly..you will NOT regret seeing this Doctor..Truly impressed and feeling blessed..eventho im in alot of pain for just having surgery yesterday.
