Very disappointed with Dr. Barnes front desk staff member so unprofessional and speaks to Dr. Barnes patients in a demeaning manner. Not sure if Dr. Barnes is aware of the situation I can not be the only one. And on another note no one from Dr. Barnes office has called me to let me know the results of a cat scan from 1/24 which I had to pick up myself to find out I have not one but two kidney stones so disappointing if I have to seek a male Urologist so be it.

Horrible office. Horrible customer service at front desk. Doctor does not return calls and does not care about her patients.

I arrived at Dr. Barnes office with a 'construction' condition that was not causing any pain. I left in pain from something she did--when I commented on the pain she showed no concern or interest. Each visit produced more pain--more tests-comments about what needs to be done-but nothing was moving forward...except the pain. The final blow was the day she was doing an internal biopsy and cauterized me without warning. The pain was severe...I asked her what caused the pain--she said, "I cauterized you". I asked why---she did not answer--just did it again! This woman is insensitive to the pain she causes. She also told me she was calling in a prescription ...and did not. I would never go back to her office.

I've left messages to call me because the office never answers the phone. I'm yet to get a response from anyone.

Dr. Barnes’ staff was outstanding and polite. Exceptionally clean and serene office. Dr. Barnes was engaging and knowledgeable, excellent bedside manner!

Very rude doctor, she hung up the phone on me . And is NOT professional . Please don’t waste your time .

She as been terrific for my issues.

Awful from start to finish, dr rushed in & out in two minutes then charged for services not received & never called back with results. Do not waste your time!

Unprofessional and will not return calls. Even with a telemedicine call scheduled to receive results and discuss my results she never called on time of scheduled call. I went in office to get my records and was told there is a charge but staff there was quitting that week and gave them to me . All other staff had just quit. Office filthy and I was told it is never cleaned . Being in the medical field myself for over 30 years I have never encountered a physician like this . I checked review as I wanted a female urologist , most were bad but a few good. Do not expect care from this person in any respect . Her office looks like a chamber of some sort with no cleanliness .

The doctor is nice and had empathy with my health issues, but she does not oversees her staff, the billing department is a nightmare. Not worth the aggravation to have billing issues resolved. They claim they are in network but in fact they are not. Do not trust them.

Had a terrible experience with this doctors office. Waited one and a half hours and never saw doctor. I still paid my $75 co-pay. She will probably charge without even seeing me! Nurse said well what can you do? It’s a doctors office With this kind of attitude it will always be the same. She had bad reviews online but I thought it would be ok. Then I noticed she gave herself a 5 star review to increase her rating. I never write reviews bad or good but with this experience I feel it’s important to warn people of the experience they can expect. My mother was thrown out of this office when she asked for her results. The staff is extremely rude.

Very rude staff not professional they don’t care about customer, lady hang off phone, very bad experience, I wish dr know the rude staff she have they are ruining her careers.

Dr. Barnes was thorough and spent a great deal of time with me, both during the exam, before the exam and after. She took time to explain what she was doing before and the results, plus my options. Very impressed with her overall and will definitely refer her to anyone who needs a urologist. She also came highly recommended by other physicians in the Boca Raton and Boynton Beach area.

Dr. Barnes is the absolute BEST. I came to her after seeing 3 male urologists, and they didn't know what was wrong with me!!! Dr. Barnes knew!!! I had an antibiotic resistant bacteria which wouldn't go away because there were also kidney stones that were holding onto this bacteria. She cured me!!!! No more kidney stones or UTIs!!!

Dr. Barnes was recommended by a few of my doctors. I found her to be highly professional, as was her staff. She is the 3rd urologist I have seen in the last year, and I plan to stay with her! Her explanations were very in-depth. She told me things no other urologist had. She was very compassionate, and caring. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor!!! I was referred by my primary physician and then got rave reviews from several of my friends who had been to see Dr. Barnes for various urologic problems. I had a fantastic experience! She is an excellent physician--she is compassionate, professional, and gave a thorough explanation of my options. Her staff was great, too. Conveniently located right next to Delray Medical Center. My mom was seeing Dr. Barnes for urological issues. She went for an appointment as a follow up to tests she took the previous week. Upon arrival she was told that her appointment was a half hour earlier and that Dr. Barnes would not see her. (My mom disputes the time of her appointment). My mom followed up on 3 occasions asking for the test results and was told each time by the receptionist that Dr. Barnes said she would call back by the end of the day. Three weeks later and no return call.

The first two appointments were fine. However the second time I tried to get a prescription filled she gave me Dr. Barnes would not fill out the required paperwork so I could not get it filled. I even called her office six times with no call back. I even called and her husband was taking calls and told me for sure she would fill out the paper work and call me back. Nope nada! This is the worst experience with a doctor that I have ever had. She does not care about people in need. don't go to her!

Horrible customer service the the doctor and staff are very unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anybody you can receive better customer service from gas station or fast food restaurant than here.
