My daughter went in for a procedure; it turned out to be a incompetent one by Dr burger . My daughter was in extreme pain after the procedure and the Dr had left right after the procedure; her family was in town; she never even came back in to check on her patient. My daughter was still in extreme pain to the point of admitting her into the hospital. As a mother I couldn’t do a thing to help my daughter; all I could do is plead for help to the nurse; and repeat to call the doctor. My husband and I went to dr. Burger for male infertility. There was only one protocol we could do and that was icsi/ivf. After my husband went through his surgery to get swimmers I started ivf. Dr Burger and her nurses were there every step of the way available to ask any and all questions. Because of her we were able to get pregnant with our first frozen embryo transfer. Today was my last appointment with her because I am now graduating to an obgyn for the remainder of my pregnancy. I love dr. Burger. I’m so sad to leave her, she’s so comforting, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I would give her a million stars and recommend her to everyone! My husband and I went to dr. Where to even begin with Dr. Burger and her equally amazing team. My husband and I toured a few fertility clinics before deciding on TFC. Every other place felt like a sales pitch in which you were just a number and check to them. From the very first meeting Dr. Burger asked us questions and listened to our requests. Not only is she obviously very talented and knowledgeable in her field, she has one of the beat bedside manners of a doctor that I’ve experienced. She was interested in the science of things and she didn’t automatically go straight to IVF which we appreciated, even though eventually did. Every visit felt like you were part of the family and every staff member always remembered our name which made everything feel so personal. When our first IVF attempt failed, the whole staff reached out with their sympathies. Her constant positive attitude made us feel like not only was getting pregnant possible, it was going to happen, and it did! Obviously I would recommend Dr. Burger, to any friend that needed her even though part of me wants to keep her all to myself. My only regret is that I didn’t go to her sooner. I just completed IVF to freeze my eggs and wanted to write a review because I was impressed by the experience and team. Going into this process I had a lot of worries and concerns and Dr. Burger listened and addressed each concern along the way, making the process as easy as it could be for me. I spoke with Taylor, one of the nurses a lot at this clinic and she was so kind and responsive, which really makes the experience that much easier and more pleasant. I went into the experience thinking this may be tough and I left thinking that wasn't bad at all and a lot of that was based on both Dr. Burger and her nurses. Dr. Natalie Burger and her staff are absolutely incredible. Paper work, appointments, information, phone calls with results, the team does not stop to make the experience smooth and seamless. Without a doubt do I give these incredible folks 5/5 stars. Both my husband and I felt comfortable, informed and ultimately treated with the best care during our time with Dr. Burger. Dr. Burger and her team are wonderful! Infertility is so unique and personal to each patient, and there isn't a "one size fits all treatment". I was dealing with secondary infertility and had been told by another fertility specialist that my only option was IVF. Dr. Burger listened to my concerns and hesitation to jump straight into IVF. I appreciated Dr. Burger's scientific approach to formulating a treatment plan, and that she also took into account how I, the patient, was feeling. We had the most amazing experience with Dr Burger and her team. They were careful in guiding us through every step of the way, had an amazing team available essentially 24/7 for support and questions, and really cared about the process and our outcome. I would recommend them to ANYONE, however, I've realized that many of my friends or acquaintances have already used them and love them! Thank you again for helping us with our journey and leading us toward a first assisted successful pregnancy!

Dr. Burger was the perfect combination of warm and compassionate with direct and matter of fact. She carefully explained all of my options and we got pregnant on our first embryo transfer. I have two other friends that went to Austin Fertility Center and both were pregnant on their first transfer. Highly recommend!

My experience with Dr. Burger was great. She is up to date on the latest research in the industry. She's competent and down to earth. No big ego like some other fertility drs I've had experience with, but she knows what she's doing. She was not pushy or shoving me full of progesterone. She laid out all the options for me, gave her opinions, and allowed me to make the choice for myself. She was caring and honest. I definitely recommend her. My experience with Dr. Burger was great. Because the fertility treatment received through this office was successful and my husband and I are having twins. Dr. Berger and all staff at TFC have impeccable bedside manor. We have a story to share. We have tried for several years to have a child with no luck. Moved to Austin and went to a fertility clinic to only jump right into IVF with no luck. Tried but doctor had a hard time retrieving eggs and when she did they ended up not being viable. Decided to try a different doctor and ended up in Dr. Natalie Burger's office. She listened patiently, asked many questions and answered many questions. She suggested we start from the beginning and try IUI which we did but unfortunately did not work. Now during this whole process pregnancy occurs the old fashioned way. Sadly Dr. Burger said that this was not a viable pregnancy so the shot was given to terminate the pregnancy. She sent us home cautioning us to be aware of any pains or discomfort as this could very well be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy. A week later early one morning my wife awakens in real discomfort so off to the ER we go. The ER doctor said the signs of ectopic pregnancy are there so he called on the staff ob/gyn and Dr. Burger. The staff doctor watches my wife's blood pressure decrease and orders a transfusion and says there is the possibility of having to take a look inside. We are not there for more than 45 minutes when Dr. Burger rapidly enters the ER and takes over. She says she will take a scope and look inside and off to surgery we go. We get to the surgery prep area and my wife's blood pressure plummets. Dr. Burger and the anesthesiologist start pushing nurses aside and say we are doing the surgery now. It was close but all was well. After the surgery Dr. Burger hung around to make sure I was ok (nervous wreck!). After several months for my wife to recover, she then said let's try IVF but use a different protocol. She understood the issue of the difficulty of retrieving the eggs but said she and her staff were good at getting to the eggs that were hiding! When she did go to retrieve she was able to get all eggs that were there (low egg count was one issue we dealt with). Long story short, one embryo was implanted a couple of months ago and my wife is now about 10 weeks pregnant. Throughout this whole process Dr. Burger was/is a warm caring individual who takes a real interest in her patients and their well being. We both felt like we were her only patients even though we know that is not true. Her office staff and nurse assigned to us (Cynthia) were all terrific and a pleasure to work with. She and her staff understood the what my wife went through physically and mentally. They were there every step, explaining things in details. I love her! and I love Texas Fertility Center and the team i had there. At our first appointment Dr. Burger spent so much time with us, spent so much time learning about us. She supported us through a couple IUIs and was ready for us when we were ready for IVF. I can't say enough about her team as well. I was legitimately sad to leave them, even though it meant i finally had a successful healthy pregnancy. Can't wait to see them again for our second down the road!

Dr. Burger and her staff are compassionate, warm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Fertility treatment can be a difficult and emotional process, and Dr. Burger and her team were very supportive. They were always prompt in returning phone calls and thorough in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend Texas Fertility Center and Dr. Burger for anyone trying to conceive.

Impossible to speak to a live person. When I e-mailed questions for Dr. Burger, I was told I cannot ask her any questions unless I scheduled another consult (first avail 40 days). This office lost 12 viles of my blood and took 1 week to figure it out. Their mistakes caused me to miss a precious ovulation cycle and the staff is incredibly rude. Don't waste your time - it's too important.

She is a wonderful and caring Doctor. She helped us get pregnant in the first go itself. We were so happy we found her but sad that she didn't deliver.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Burger. I was diagnosed with a uterine fibroid in January 2019 and Dr. Burger and her staff were professional, intelligent and caring. I had surgery on 4/3/2019 and the whole process was smooth. I've never had surgery before so I was really nervous but Dr. Burger visited with me before the surgery and even in the operating room, I felt at ease. My incision was done so beautifully and below the bikini line. My husband and mother were in the waiting room and Dr. Burger and her staff made sure to keep them updated through the entire procedure. I have had a few post-opp visits and the TFC has been outstanding and taking great care of me, calling me back even at 11pm at night if I was in pain or concerned. HIGHLY recommend this facility and Dr. Burger. I am looking forward to our fertility journey now that Dr. Burger has made this possible for us. Thank you! Dr. Burger has been so helpful and wonderful through our journey to conceive with our second child. She also assisted us with our first child as well. Dr. Burger always takes the time to listen and address our questions/concerns. I never felt rushed under her care. She has a very calming, and optimistic attitude, which helped tremendously during our fertility journey. Dr. Burger is so caring, and really takes the time to get to know her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling to conceive! Thanks to everything Dr. Burger has done for us and growing family! We couldn't have done it without you!

I always felt informed and in control of my care. Dr. Burger has a great bedside manner and despite the less than ideal reason for meeting there, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

Dr. Natalie Burger was our fertility doctor and she is amazing. My husband and I are 32 years old. We started our infertility journey about 2 years ago. We tried on our own for 1 year and nothing. Dr. Burger was very thorough and explained every option we had. She listened and always made us feel that having a baby would be possible for our future. We tried the IUI option twice with femara with no luck and instead of doing IUI a 3rd time I had Laparoscopy and hysteroscopy done. Dr. Burger had suggested from the get go that I might have endometriosis do to my history of spotting before periods and the fact that it ran in my family, but my husband and I wanted to try the IUI first. With no luck with the IUI's I had the surgery in Oct. 2017. I did indeed have endometriosis on my ovaries and behind my uterus. Dr. Burger also found an abnormality at the top of my uterus when she performed the hysteroscopy and removed it. In January of 2018 we got the go ahead to start trying. I'm happy to say by March 2018 we found out that I was pregnant!!! We are so happy. We literally thought this day would never come. I want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for Dr. Burger. She is absolutely a wonderful woman and does amazing work and means what she says that she will get you pregnant. I also want to give a big thanks to the nurses. They are the kindest and sweetest of people. I never had a nurse that didn't have a smile on her face. They always asked how we were. Also my personal nurse Shannon. She was awesome. She answered all my questions that I had when I found out that I was pregnant and I could reach her via email or by phone anytime of the day. Dr. Burger has been amazing. She helped me to conceive my first child, born in October 2016. I am now pregnant with my second child (due in October 2018) thanks to the help of Dr. Burger. She is very friendly and knowledgeable.

She has been amazing and gentle with every visit.

After visting 11 doctors that wanted to remove my uterus or they just wanted me to hold the pain, she helped me with my fibroids. Dr. Burger was amazing!. I recommend her 100%, she made me feel safe and explained to me all the possibilities. Very professional and sweet person.

Dr. Burger is awesome. We had so many questions and uncertainties and she was patient and understanding. She was happy to answer our questions no matter how many times we asked. She was also able to explain things in a way that made logical sense to us without overwhelming us with medical terminology. Her support staff is fantastic - easy to contact and quick to follow up on my questions. We never felt alone or lost in this process thanks to Dr. Burger and her team!
