The Dr seems nice and easy to talk to his staff has no respect for people with anxiety issues then feel like a Cabrera waiting to be scope . Very unprofessional staff. They cancelled a procedure due to problems on their end, and when I called to question them about it, the woman on the phone got very snippy with me and tried to make me feel like i was in the wrong. I cancelled any further appointments and will be going elsewhere.

Dr Jain is like my dad more than a doctor. I’m 26 years old and he’s always there for me if I tell him what is going on. For people who said they don’t have text reminders you have to ask them personally to get it. They are super busy so they can’t help it..but that’s what life is.. no one is perfect :)

I met Dr. Jain first time with my father for his GI bleeding. I must admit that I was very pleasantly surprised by the treatment in his office. His staff is very professional, friendly and efficient. Appointments are scheduled fast and there are almost no wait times in the lobby. Dr. Jain is obviously very experienced and manages to explain everything you need to know in a manner that is easy to understand. There is no surprise that I chose him to be my doctor when I found out I needed to take care of some GI issues. I am impressed by the follow up phone calls and the amount of leg work his office assistants have done for us to ensure that everything is in place and scheduled on time. This is the only health care office where I did not have to spend any time filling out pages of paperwork, because they actually do use internet and all the information was already there from our Primary Physician's Office. Worst GI doctor I've seen in 17 years. Bedside manners are horrific. Made a stressful colonoscopy even more stressful.

I met Dr. Jain during visit for my father's issues and just became his patient myself. I could not be happier with the treatment I have received in his office. From friendly staff to super efficient scheduling and no-nonsense one-on-one with Dr. Jain himself, I would definitely recommend him for your gastrointestinal problems. Follow up and help with any questions from his staff is phenomenal. During some scary issues being tackled, I have never felt alone and there is an atmosphere of trust in every interaction.

Was hospitalized after repeated neglect and issues with GI doctor, “Dr” Yogi. Having suffered from severe autoimmune disease and now the effects of the treatments that weren’t stopping internal bleeding, but causing me to develop diabetes, osteoporosis, and vomiting blood/bleeding ulcerations in upper and lower GI track, at the age of 21 (since 16). “Dr” Jain walked into my hospital room, introducing himself, didn’t seem so bad. Then he told me he was going to use the same treatment/medication to “help” me even though I finally weened myself off, with the guidance of my dr, of course. And when I tried to explain the situation and that I couldn’t take that drug, he said: “Well then if you don’t want to do what I say than I will walk out of here and refuse to be your doctor and you won’t receive any treatment...I studied at Mayo Clinic. Do you even know what Mayo Clinic is?!” And I proceeded to offer him a gluten-free cookie they sent me on a lunch tray (when I was ordered by the hospitalist to have no food or drink). I was terrified I was going to be left to die, so I took the medication, and it literally almost killed me. Just like Yogi, Jain, does not like to be questioned, or even try to listen to his patients. It is one size fits all like so many awful healthcare practitioners today, and “keep your mouth shut and do what I tell you” doctor-patient relationship. Dr. Jain discharged me because I had a panic attack because they call me with less than a week to my appt. Telling me I have a to have a covid test. I had a panic attack due to the covid test and due to the fact that I have no car. I made them very aware of the fact I have no car. And I have waited over 2 months for my appt after being belittled by dr. Jain himself and all but yelled at in his office during my consultation. The way our world reacts to anxiety is disgusting. Thank youn for giving away my appt and discharging me over a anxiety attack due to your staff and due to your staff not properly offering me all my treatment options. Theres an entire patient's rights packet that states I have a right have all my treatment options offered to me so thank you for discharging because you and your staff are extremely rude and dropped the ball. Very professional staff

Dr. Jain is a very good Doctor.

He has been my primary since the 80's. There is no one I trust more.

Just my opinion but I think people with bad reviews think they know more than this man...Myself pushing 70 years young I've been seeing Jain since 1997... Do his test and LISTEN to his advice. HE'S the doctor...

This guy schedules unneeded appointments. He is rude and condescending. He gives poor explanations. He does not give appointment reminders. I dropped him realizing he was one of the worst I've ever encountered.

I had the pleasure of being one of Dr. Naresh Jain’s patients 5 years ago. Mow it is ti e for a re-check. There was no doubt that I would return to Dr. Jain for my next appointment. I found him to be very professional & knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend him to my family & friends.
