Dr. Narain D Mandhan

Dr. Mandhan & his staff are absolutely wonderful! They are so caring & supportive! There is no waiting upon arrival & they know the patient's time is valuable to. Everyone is friendly & they run a tight ship, which is nice. I suffer from chronic pain due to a rare genetic disease & Dr. Mandhan & he has been so good about helping me out with pain medication & addiction treatment. He has a gentle, loving, even funny personality. He is such a wonderful physician, & you can't help but just love him!

I live in Springfield, IL, almost eighty miles away from Kirby Medical Group. I have chosen to visit Dr. Mandhan, rather than a doctor in Springfield because I was so impressed after my first appointment. Dr. Mandhan always has time for me, to talk about my health problems and solutions. My previous doctor in Springfield prescribed everything from A to Z in the pharmacopoeia, trying to find the right medicine for me. Dr. Mandhan saw me once, prescribed a certain medication and I've been happy and healthy on it for a couple of years now. He's a good guy, has a sense of humor, and listens! I can't say I enjoy spending the extra, significant gas costs to drive to Monticello, but I know when I get there he will be the same helpful, caring individual that I saw the last time. One more thing. The staff at Kirby are among the friendliest and most accommodating people I have ever dealt with. I'd also like to mention that Kelly, a nurse in Dr. Mandhan's office, has gone out of her way, more than once, to help me with various issues. She's just a great member of a great staff.
