My experience with Dr Wright and her staff left nothing to be desired. Her staff was very professional and she was very thorough and always took the time to answer all of my questions.

Dr. Wright is one of the best Adult/Pediatrics Rheumatologists I've ever had the privilege to train under when I was a med student ~15 years ago. She is very easy to speak to regarding any questions you may have about your rheumatology condition(s), exceptionally bright, performs a thorough physical exam and the appropriate diagnostic tests in order to develop a solid diagnosis. In addition, Dr. Wright is also board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics which are definite positives as a medical clinician. One final note for the reader to consider is the fact that I also trained under the tutelage of a few of Johns Hopkins Hospital's "highly respected" rheumatologists and I was overwhelming underwhelmed by their overall dismissive attitude such as brushing off or evading questions presented by colleagues & patients, poor bedside manner, etc. I will not list the names of these few "highly respected" rheumatologist from JHH but that particular part of my medical training proved to an overall negative experience. Dr. Wright is a wonderful, intelligent, compassionate doctor, who took her time with me. She has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend her! Her office staff were polite and friendly as well, and my wait was minimal. She is very thorough in her exam. I find it hard these days to find doctors as good as Dr. Wright is!

Just tried to make an appointment with Dr. Wright....her front desk person is a real rude, nasty, person. The reviews are right. Sad how people who are the first to greet you are the worst. Customer service is horrible....

Dr. Wright has been great!! She takes a thorough history, does a good exam, and listens. The nurses are very nice. However: the waiting room is dusty and dirty and in dire need of new furniture. The receptionists are very unfriendly, particularly the one I see when I check out after my appointment.

I called because I wanted to give them a chance, even though they have mixed reviews. The staff tries to discourage new patients from booking an appointment. They tell you to get a referral ,even if not required by your insurance, then they tell you it will be 6 months before you can be seen. Not a bit of compassion or customer service is show over the phone to new patients. They don't want to help you and don't need your business is loud and clear from the first phone call. I have yet to have a decent conversation with this joke of an office. They treated me like I was crazy, that I’m just imagining the constant pain I’m in, and the lady who called me about an appointment was rude and mad at ME bc I had to cancel my appointment because it’s an inconvenience TO HER that I needed AN OPERATION ON MY KIDNEY SO I WOULDNT DIE. My name is Kristen Brannon but I saw you as a 15 year old under my maiden name Kristen Hobbs. I am now 26, I am writing this in hopes that you will save a child from going through years of pain with no treatment. When I came to you I had a lot of pain and adrenaline issues, you did a physical exam and deemed that I needed a psychiatrist. No blood work was done. Nothing. So for the next several years I thought all of my pain and symptoms were in my head. I am now two years in to infusion treatment for Rheumatoid Arthritis and four years in treatment for POTS. Called, told I needed referral, my doctor sent it, I called again, was told they didn’t have it, doctor sent it again, waited, no calls, I called again was told they aren’t taking new Medicare patients. Very professional service by all of the staff and always felt like I was in good hands.

I have been seeing Dr Wright for over 10 years, I have always received excellent care. Never any problems with the staff just great service. I highly recommend the office.

I recently had a series of appointments with dr crowley.from the get go the staff and nurses attitudes were very poor.Dr Crowley was helpful at first but seemed like she was in a hurry.the four times that i was in her office the atmosphere was the same.i had the same symptoms every time and she would not treat my swollen hands and joint pain.i no longer have time for her office because the office reflects her personality and attitude. I am so disappointed in Dr. Crowley and her staff. They are very rude and talk down to you. I have seen her for my sjogrens disease on 3 occasions. Each time she has done nothing for it. Absolutely nothing. The visit before this one I called and canceled the appointment only to get put through to the office manager to convince me to keep my next appointment , so I did. I spoke with my Doctor that has seen me through it all and he ask me to go to her one more time and if things didn't change then to make whatever decision I needed to make. So out of respect to him I did. To day the assistant was very rude when looking through my medicine's and I tried to tell her of one I didn't take anymore. She made a smart remark about it wasn't even on there and it wasted her time looking for something that was on there after all. Then when seeing Dr Crowley I got the same results that I always get. Absolutely nothing to treat mt arthritis or my sjogrens. Heck what do I need her office for except to make me feel worse than I did when I walked in there. Even checking me out they were rude. There was only One lady I saw when I first went in that took my insurance info that was actually very polite .Done !!!!!

A lot of patients are looking for someone to console them , Nannette is all business. She does her job takes care of your needs and sends you on your way. It took a couple different meds to find what my body responded to but we got it done...highly recommended.

My doctor referred me to these people in I believe it was June of 2019 they couldn’t see me until March 16 2020! After this ridiculous amount of time I show up on time for my appointment with all the proper paper work and they had cancelled my long awaited appointment because someone in the office had written down my phone number wrong ! She admitted she had been calling the wrong number and still refused to let me see the doctor this place is rude and unprofessional I have Lupus and needed my appointment! Not to mention I drove a hour to get to this appointment These doctors should do something about their rude and uncaring staff that punish us for their mistakes.! Extremely competent and caring physician.

Dr Crowley and everyone who works there are excellent. Never a long wait, very efficient and they all are friendly, and pleasant to work with. Dr Crowley listens to you, explains what is going on and very matter of fact with her diagnosis and what can be done or not. I appreciate that. After reading a couple of the bad reviews I just can't imagine we're talking about the same people or place. I've been going there 5 years with most of the same staff and have never encountered anyone unpleasant or rude in any way. There are a couple who are more quiet than others but no one that has ever been anything but helpful. I recommend her to anyone looking for a rheumatologist. Extremely professional very much to the point. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and is not the doctor to waste your time or her time. She is seeing her patients to find out what their medical needs are and to treat the problem. If someone finds issues with her patient care skills I can recommend a few doctors that will take the time to listen to their complaining and do nothing to help you. She is the physician who cares enough to check every concern before she treats your diagnosis. If only the medical field had a few more like her we wouldn’t need half of the physicians who are PRACTICING MEDICINE and I will say that again PRACTICING!!!!!!!!! May God Bless her and her staff.

Didn't get further than calling for an appointment. Was talked down to from the beginning. I was referred here by my primary doctor and now I'm going to see if they can refer me to someone else. Just a tip, the first people patiets see and talk to are the ones at the desks, if they're rude, you'll lose patients. You lost this one.

My wife is one of the x-ray techs there.

Dr. Crowley has been phenomenal. Her and her staff are kind and responsive to any questions or concerns I have.

Dr. Bridget Wright is a awesome Doctor that really cares about her patients!. I would recommend Dr. B. Wright to anyone.

After waiting 6 months for my appt, to finally receive help with this horrible disease, I never made it back to see the Doctor, the receptionist, was rude , commanded me like a commandant, no manners, I was in severe pain, embarrassed by her treatment of me in front of other patients, just left without seeing the Doctor

I can not imagine anyone not rating Dr. Crowley and her staff as top notch. I have been going to her for years; and I have never been more pleased with a doctor as well as staff. She is definitely a caring, concerned doctor.

Good doctors absolutely terrible customer service. Phone NEVER answered. Messages sometimes returned. Call in prescriptions not sent in. Ridiculous.

I thought all the staff were friendly, kind, and good help. Dr. Wright was awesome. She took her time, was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I feel like I am getting wonderful care.

I was just looking to see what office hours were and was amazed at the bad overview from one person. I have been going to her for over 3 years and Never had an issue with staff and Dr. CROWLEY IS A SUPERB RA doctor.

Dr. Crowley is a superb physician who takes her time to diagnose one's problem. She methodical, caring and very professional. She even answers and returns calls on weekends when the office is close. She has the worst bedside manner that I have ever seen. She is not a caring doctor at all. She assumed that I was there for pain meds which was not true. I wanted to know what anti-inflammatory medications would work best. Don't waste your time with her, go to someone who cares. I had heard that she was like this from others, but chose to give her a chance. She will treat you like you are wasting her time. Never again!!!

Dr. Crowley has been my doctor for approximately 2 years. Her diagnosis was swift and on point. She started me on a biologic that has worked perfectly for my conditioner. She is very thorough and very professional as is her entire office staff. Love her. Highly recommend!

The staff is Horrible...from Manager to receptionist they have absolutely no customer service skills. I rarely lose my temperature but the way I was treated by them and Dr Crowley made me so upset my blood pressure spiked...Please go somewhere else with people who know how to be professional and dont antagonize you to that point...Skill wise Dr Crowley is competent but robotic and essentially uncaring...If your like me and despise bad service expecially when your already suffering from a chronic illness..don't go there! Everyone I've met in the office have all been very nice, friendly and thoughtful. Dr Crowley looked over test results sent to her from by another doctor, asked a lot of questions and based on the facts she had explained thoroughly what she thought and we would start dealing with it. When she asked if I had any questions I didn't because she had already told me. When I've had "flares", or other issues I've left messages for her through their patient portal she's had the office call immediately to tell me what needs to be done. Dr Crowley can take a bit of getting used to. She seems to be a little standoffish when you first meet her. But that is very deceiving. She cares a great deal about her patients. She will always sit and answer any questions you have. She handles her messages herself through patient portal and you always have a response quickly.

I have been seeing Dr. Wright for over eight years. Dr. Wright takes up a lot of time with her patients. She is knowledgeable and courteous. Wait times for appointments are usually an hour plus, but I don't mind due to the care she invests. The only problem I have had with Dr, Wright's office is RXs not being called into the pharmacy in a timely manner, This has happened to me the last five visits and I often have to call the office several times to get them to send my RXs to pharmacies. The office staff always tells me they have sent it, but the pharmacies always deny they have been contacted by the office when I phone them. My local pharmacy has even had to phone the office three times to get one RX. This has occurred over and over with two different pharmacies: a local one and CVS Caremark. Prior to the hiring of new office personnel a little over two years ago I never had this problem. I am very disappointed. Update: Dr. Wright recently left Mercer and is now at the Coliseum Hospital. I was not notified that she had moved her office. I only found out when I phoned to confirm an appt for the following week. It was only when I made an off handed remark in a half joking manner that I was told that she was not in the same location.
