Horrible bedside manner. Dismissive towards parents. Often misdiagnoses.

You should be very scared if Dr. Arul is the neonatologist for your baby. She misdiagnosed my baby with a neurological problem even though she is not a neurologist. My baby had the most common medical issues in premature babies (more common than neurological problems) and she missed it. A doctor that saw my daughter for few minutes got it right, that’s how simple it was. You should transfer out of the NICU if you get this doctor. The decision she made based on an incorrect diagnosis led to an inappropriate surgery for my daughter and the effects will be permanent. I cannot warn parents enough, do not trust her with your baby’s care.
