The doctor seems willing to help, but the appointment system is terrible and disappointing. Had an appointment at 3pm, waited until 3:40pm, call gets picked up, and dropped immediately. When I call back, it says I am caller number 4.. I couldn't continue to wait, I had another appointment at 4pm. And with such a sensitive topic, they should be more considerate of the time and the moment we take out to talk. At what point I was contact to let me know he was running late with another patient, 20 minutes is running late, 40 minutes is disrespectful. And this was the 2nd appt, the 1st appt they took around 30 mins before they appointment commenced. When I did get a message the next day, it was phone tag, either they called me and I was working. Or when I called, they just tell me someone will call me with an appt time. When they did called, they were offering me around 3 to 4 weeks out. I informed her the situation, told her it wasn't fair. She said she wasn't aware, that's the only appt they had. I told her that I was no longer interested then. She said she would inform the doctor.. and that's it. I'm admitted close to my appointment time...the staff is great about following up to make sure there are no adverse side effects of my treatment

Very good Doctor. Provides excellent care.

I new patient this office and then the experience with doctor gopalan is not good because all. Time came .not told me nothing about my problem hearth.and not explain nothing for exam blood .all time make a lot test blood .and change my medicine.and o need move another doctor.i have bad experince overthere.

Oh yes - Dr Gopalan is outstanding !

I thank Dr. Gopalan very much for being there from the start, when they first diagnosed me with stage 4 ovarian cancer. This March will have been a whole year since he was treating me. All has been well, my tumor has gotten smaller, and I am still here. Thanks...
