Nancy A Wick

I need a doctor that actually cares for his patients and the concerns of first time parents and that will actually take the time to talk. Not just give us a handout with how to search up answers on your website. If that’s the case I’ll just go straight to Google if I’m not going to receive proper care for my child. Definitely looking for somewhere else to go

Dr. Wick is a fantastic doctor. We have been using her for the last year and both my girls are in great hands with her. She takes the time to explain things and LISTEN to my questions. She is very straight forward but not rude. She is the only pediatrician I like my girls to see. I highly recommend her to everyone!

If I could put 0 stars I would. My daughter has been delayed in her development and every time I voiced a concern I was brushed off until months later when finally we were able to see Dr wick. It’s now been almost 4 weeks waiting on a referral for my daughter and still hasn’t been sent out. I have never written a review for a doctor’s office before, but feel the need to for this practice. If you’re looking for evidence based and honest care, this is the place to go. Dr. Lehman and Dr. Wick are both extremely professional and make sure my daughter is cared for with every visit. Sure there have been times where I waited for a while to see a doc, but I’m always forewarned and it is usually because the doc and nurses generously made space in the day to provide care for my daughter when she was sick. Dr. Lehman is my daughter’s primary care provider and he encouraged an environment where I - as a first time mom - was not judged for my concerns which may seem tedious or silly to a medical professional. This is actually one do the biggest reasons I continued to bring my daughter. Nursing staff and the front desk were always professional and gentle with my daughter. I am sad to be moving to a different state and unable to continue to have my daughter treated here, but felt leaving this review is one of the best ways to show my appreciation. Excellent care. They always find a way to squeeze us in, complete paperwork really quickly, and are super patient with my kiddos. One of my children has autism and was scared of doctors and freaked out at every visit. They were patient and kind. Now, he begs to go to the doctor. We've been seeing them for 3 years and are very happy with Dr. Wick and Dr. Lehman. Excellent care. I never write reviews but came to this office for the first time today and could not believe how long I waited in the room. I was there for a total of an hour and twenty minutes and only 10 minutes of that time was with the doctor. After seeing the doctor they then made me wait 40 minutes with my 15 month old to do her shots! I was not impressed with the office at all. Highly recommend not going to this pediatrician office if you are new to the area. The worst ever. Not good on timing with appointments. Rude and talk real rough to the kids. Office is pretty but the people they have working for them are not right. The man dr there is the worst

Pediatric affiliates openly discriminated against my child this morning and refused to see him for a physical. They discriminated against him for a completely unrelated reason to why we were bringing in him.

I would never bring my child here again and recommend no one to either! I had concerns about my child’s ear infectious be so bad time and time again. After his 7th ear infection in the matter of a few months in the summer time also and giving my infent every antibiotic on the shelf i still was told NO when I wanted to see a specialist and basically told it was my falut. Dr Lehman was very rude and ugly from the start and made it known and very uncomfortable for me as a first time parent who wanted to protect my child from his constant pain that he would not allow me to see a specialist. I left in tears and the next day found a new Doctor who heard my concerns and seen my child’s medical records. She sent me to a specialist a week later and there I was told he needed tubes a long time ago and that after that many reoccurring ear infections with them coming right back after done with an antibiotic was not in my sons best interest and should of been handled differently from this so called doctor. Never bring your child to this place. Very old school and doesn’t listen to your concerns for your child. I’m so glad I went with my gut instinct as a parent to find another healthcare provider. I have heard awful things about this practice from other parents also. You can also see how rude of a person he is by they condescending way he responds in his Google reviews. I have never written a review of anything-much less a physician’s office. This is the worst doctor’s office I’ve encountered. The nurse assistant’s are rude and rough, you will wait 30 minutes-2 hours after your appointment time, and they apparently do not communicate internally as I’ve left previously left my son’s appointment without getting all the necessary vaccines. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gone back a few times, hoping things would get better. Unfortunately, I learned my lesson (finally) today after putting my poor daughter through the trauma of being poked multiple times and bleeding profusely. Been taking my daughter Elisabeth here since she was a few months old. Dr. Lehman has been nothing but helpful and reassuring every visit. Expecting a new son im February and I wouldn't consider taking him anywhere else.

I have been going to Dr Bob and Dr Wick since my son was 6 months old. Dr Bob has called me back at 1 or 2 in the morning when my son came down with croup, Nancy Wick has always been kind and caring . They are both fabulous physicians and outstanding people. Dr Bobs dedication to his patients is not just confined to the office. If we saw him when we were out and about, he always stopped, said hello, spoke to my child and then to me cause the relationship is with my child. I have never found this practice to be too busy to answer my questions, take time to listen and make me feel secure with the care my child received. My kid is in college now and still sees them when he needs something. the office staff, Bernie in particular and the office manager , Always made me feel that they had time for me and always answered any questions I had. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Dr. Lehman is VERY rude and treated myself and my husband like we were IDIOTS! He literally tried to give my husband a lesson on how to change an air filter! This doctor is the worst doctor I've ever met in my LIFE! He does not take your concerns seriously and LECTURED me over the phone TWO TIMES about how there's nothing wrong with my child, but then they called me the next day to tell me there IS something wrong with my son. He also YELLED at my son because my son did exactly what he told him to do, AND always makes us wait for HOURS AND HOURS just to be seen. Please stay far away from this doctor's office. We have 4 kids that were going here for a year and it's the worst care we've ever gotten. Dr. Lehman acts like he's better than everyone else in the world, and acts as though I don't know how to take care of a child. We have been seeing Dr. Wick for over 7 years now. She has been the pediatrician for my three daughters and have nothing negative to say about her professionalism and care for patients. We are seen on short notice and in a timely matter at our appointments and she addresses each of our concerns. Our experience with Dr. Lehman has been wonderful. He is a very honest and experienced doctor. Over the weekend my youngest son started to through up and was experiencing pain in his stomach with very high fever. I took him to the emergency room and they did some x-rays and urine test and send us home with some pain and fever medicine and told us that he just had a stomach flu and would be okay within a couple of days. On Monday his symptoms got worse. I called Pediatric Affiliates and they were able to schedule us for the same day sick child appointment. Once we got there, Dr. Lehman spend a couple of minutes with him and he knew what was going on immediately. additional x-rays and blood test confirmed his diagnosis and my son was finally receiving the treatment that he needed. We have been with Dr. Lehman for 6 years and my children love him and I would definitely recommend him. Dr. Wick, their staff Victoria and everyone else are very professional and friendly too. Mr. Lehman is EXTREAMLY rude. I do NOT recommend taking your children to this practice. The doctor DOES NOT care about you. To him you're just another patient. He acts like he is above you just because he is a doctor.

I took my daughter for a same day appointment, as she's been complaining about a few things. My first time meeting Dr. Lehman, and will be the last. This man is very rude, and condescending. He doesn't take the parents concern seriously, and make you feel as if you're wrong for seeking help for your child. I not only pointed out the issue we visited his office for, but I also showed him a photo. All he said was "I don't see anything", before even taking the time to look. Just a quick glance. I tried explaining to this man, google searching is the last thing a parent should do, because it'll make you think your kid is sick beyond repair. Going to see Dr. Lehman is not the way to go, if you trying to ease your worries. Dr. Robert Lehman is the furthest thing away from pleasant and/or professional. Trust them with my son because it has been earned. I don't know the people the two bad reviews are talking about, as nobody like that works there.

I absolutely love her, she has been amazing in my kids medical care. Always available when we need an urgent appointment and very informative. My kids love her.

DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ! I WILL NOT be taking my children back to this place. They are nothing other than money hungry. I took both my kids in for well visit I asked if it was ok to give my ten month old Zyrtec daily and if my son could have an inhaler for school, both are questions to do with my kids well being at a well visit. The docotor has nerve to say in front of my five year old son that he his fat and I need to stop feeding him so much. My son doesn’t have a bit of fat on his body and eats a balanced diet. Dr. Wick being as fat as she is has no right to tell anyone their obese. They charged my insurance for the well visit and a sick visit for both. My well visits are covered but the sick visits have copays . I get a past due bill from the office saying they had a system issue so original bills were never sent but the balance is past due. My kids did not have any extra testing I literally asked questions and was charged. After waiting three weeks and calling multiple times I never received a call back even though I was told I would get a call back the next day. I went in to the office to get my records and speak with the manager. She said I was charged for being counseled and for the doctor having to tell me my sons obese. CHARGED FOR ASKING QUESTIONS. This would not be the first time I’ve had a billing issue with them. They are very unprofessional and only want money. It’s sad because my parents took me here as a child so I thought I could trust them. Looks like their practice morals have went out the window. PATIENT CARE IS NOT A PRIORITY!! I have been going to this Pediatric Practice for over 20 years now. I highly recommend these doctors to everyone. I've never doubted their advice, they're as good as family.

Was new to the area and had a hard time finding a doctor I was comfortable with. I found Pediatric Affiliates and we love them. Dr. Wick is amazing. She knows my children and does a great job answering questions and explaining what’s going on. The staff is really nice as well.

Our family has been at Pediatric Affiliaites for 20 years! I love the entire staff. Both Dr. Lehman and Dr. Wick are fantastic!!! I always refer my friends to them. I never feel rushed In my appointments. They give their patients the absolute best care.

We have been going to Pediatric Affiliates since my daughter was born. After attending Dr. Lehman's parenting seminar at our delivery hospital, we were sure his practice was the ideal fit for us. Dr. Wick turned out to be just as wonderful. They are knowledgeable, kind, warm, and considerate doctors. They respond promptly to after-hours calls and are even patient with anxious new parents' frequent calls. Because the practice is small, there is a comforting level of familiarity. The doctors and staff know us and our children. There are so many examples of the warm atmosphere, but I'll stick with my two favorites. When I had called about my son's respiratory issues over the weekend and arrived for a follow-up appointment that Monday after going to the hospital, Dr. Lehman approached us immediately in the waiting room to ask about him, even though our appointment was with Dr. Wick. When he was first born and my daughter was adjusting to being a big sister, he greeted her more enthusiastically than usual at her brother's first appointment. He asked her questions and allowed her to introduce him to her little brother, rather than charging in past her to get to the patient. Seeing how wonderful they are, I would never switch to another practice. We have been going to Pediatric Affiliates since my daughter was born. Great Doctors, Great practice. They always have available slots for children that need to be seen same day. We have been going there since the birth of our son over 3 years ago and will continue to do so with our youngest. Professional, courteous staff and we always feel welcome. Every parent wants the best for their child. When we met Dr. Lehman at an educational seminar months before our daughter was born, we felt right away that he was one of the best. We've been customers of his practice for years now and he's proven to be a great doctor. Wonderful with kids, patient, and takes time to answer all your questions during each visit.
