Dr. Ricks was great, listened intently, and was very helpful.
It's been a month and I still don't have test results. I have left messages and no reply. Complete waste of 3 and half hours.
Dr Ricks seems uncomfortable interacting with others. When this patient couldn’t finish testing in one session, she opted not to reschedule to finish. Two months later, the promised report was not yet submitted to the neurologist.
This Dr. is downright rude. She performed a 3-hour competency exam on my mother who had Alheimers Disease and then withheld the results. I called & faxed multiple times with no response. When I finally reached her, she was rude and uncooperative. She complained about the # of times I called and then openly admitted to not realizing why she performed this exam. She is refusing to release the information to the Healthcare Proxy and even hung up on me. HORRIBLE!
