I am in shock. My wife got a phone call reminder of today's appointment two days ago. She went to the office only to find a note on the door - permanently closed! No email or phone call letting her know this. Then, she calls the number left on the note and the person said, sorry, we do NOT have your medical records! What??? How is this even possible??? This is terrible as my wife has a serious medical condition and now she must start all over again with a new doctor?

At first, Dr. Lobby seemed okay. She went back and forth with the procedure she wanted to complete on me. I left feeling frustrated because I have a very LARGE kidney stone that is causing me excruciating pain. I am not able to perform daily duties because it is bringing me to my knees. She scheduled me for surgery a week and a half later because she claimed the medication I was on from the ER was a blood thinner. After doing research and speaking to 2 other doctors they all said this was not the case. I called to cancel my surgery with her and she yelled at me. I started telling her why I decided against going with her in a very calm way and she said, "I don't want to hear your story." I then stated I will not listen to her and I want to cancel my appointment. She replied in a nasty tone, " I will cancel your appointment and we will never see you again." Sounds to me when she gets called out she throws a bit of a hissy fit. After reading the reviews I am glad I made the decision to fire her. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!

Incredibly unprofessional. Her communicative skills leave a lot to be desired. She does you a favor to talk to you, but you almost have to ask her permission to ask her a question.

Recommended and performed incorrect treatment on top of rude staff personnel. Unprofessional and petty overall. The reviews don't lie!

Horrible! She ordered a test that I had no interest in surgery! The test was worse then child birth and she sent me to collections for it! Would not pardon me! Just a horrible experience all around!

This practice came highly recommended. It was a horrible experience. Took my elderly mother who has recurring UTIs and has been hospitalized several times. Initially were seen by Erika. The plan was to prevent the next infection hopefully keeping my mom out of the hospital. The second visit included me being lectured about why Erika hates seeing assisted living patients. There was a pharmacy error which I quickly got corrected. Because of my mother's age and living arrangements sometimes there are issues so I excused the way we were treated. The third visit, was cancelled two days before and rescheduled later same week, like my time is insignificant. When we get there, my mother had trouble peeing in the cup. Dr Lobby, who runs this group saw my mom this visit. It was a repeat of the second visit, why they hate seeing patients who reside in assisted living. My elderly mom and I were looking for a competent urologist with an ounce of compassion and respect. Instead of trying to work out the issues, we got all mighty attitude. When I said we’d find another urologist, Dr Lobby seemed surprised. Like what, this is the only urologist in So FL? Left sad, angry and frustrated. Don’t recommend and definitely won’t be going back.

Absolutely horrendous experience with her!, and I hadn’t even met her yet! I had been in her office and did see her PA. She was ok. Dr Lobby was going to be out of the office for a few days. After she returned I called the office and just had a question about lithotripsy.( I’m suffering with kidney stones). Just wanted to see if she thought I might be a candidate. She called me back as I left a message with one of her staff. She called me back attacking me and telling me she “does not appreciate me telling her how to run her practice”! She accused me of yelling at her staff...of which I DID NOT! She basically told me that if I didn’t like the way she runs her practice that “ I am free to go find another dr! She actually said that a few times to me... she was very rude, incompassionate, and extremely unprofessional! I definitely do not recommend.

Incredibly unprofessional and exceedingly rude. I had been her patient for 4 years. When she was unable to see me for an emergency medical situation as she was out of the office for 3 weeks, I went to another doctor for help. When she returned and I went for my appointment with her, she flew into a rage when I told her I had seen another Dr and she basically threw me out of her office in the middle of a series of treatments, putting my health at even greater risk. Terrible!

Dr. Nancy Lobby and her staff are excellent. Dr. Lobby is very detailed oriented and clearly explains medical procedures and related issues so that the patient understands. She encourages patients to ask questions and always provides honest answers. She was excellent in handling of my surgery and my aftercare. She is a very trustworthy and caring physician. I would highly recommend her for your urological care.

Incredibly professional / friendly all women care team have been worth the long drive to Wellington the 4x in last 2 weeks I've visited to deal w my acute issue. Wait times have been minimal / non-existent, all questions are listened to / answered and I appreciate being able to get a caring human being every time I call. Also, as an IT professional, the e-Rx and appointment scheduling and availability of clinical notes via the online medical record are highly appreciated vs. lower tech offices

Dr. Lobby was good.Administrative personnel horrible. After expensive treatment 2 years ago & after collecting high insurance & high out of pocket (their story), my account showed a $5.00 balance related to underpaid insurance stating that could not collect.I went back w/ illness & office denied service indicating that I am banned for life & Dr will not see me because they had to write off 5 dollars, closed discussion & conversation & I could not get more info or access to Dr. Do not recommend.

Great doctor. Straight forward and to the point while still having a caring bedside manner. Highly recommend.

Dr. Lobby is extremely kind and polite. I was always able to schedule an emergency or same-day appointment. However, she recommended a procedure to me which I knew would be ineffective in managing an ongoing issue. I got a second opinion and ended up going to a different physician, who performed the procedure in a different, more effective way.

Dr. Lobby, was rude & argumentative, w/ my mother & as her caretaker with me as well. Dr Lobby told my mother, if she did not want to take her meds, she did not have to. She placed my mother on a double dose of meds, which at 87 yrs old., elevated her kidney levels & could have put her in kidney failure. Dr. Lobby, told us that she shredded medical records, when we asked for them to be ret'd. Staff extremely rude, as well In our opinion, unprofessional, inappropriate & unacceptable behavior!

Dr. Lobby was able to correct my stress incontinence problem! She was easy to talk and I liked that she was very direct. I would recommend her to anyone!

What I liked best was I was at my PMD's office and she said I needed to see a urologist. I was in pain and having hematuria and I called Dr. lobby's office and they were able to fit me in the same day!! The front desk staff were so kind and so patient. Also Gladys her MA is an angel. And when I was going into the examination room I saw that they had a therapy dog! That, in itself shows that they put the patient first. Dr. Lobby spent time with me and answered all of my questions!

Seeing Nancy Lobby was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a medical "professional". She was uncompassionate and condescending in overall manner. She almost seems bi-polar, as my first experience with her wasn't bad at all..she was a completely different person the second time I met with her. I have have heard the only reason she sees a lot of patients is because she is one of the very few female urologists in the area. I am not a difficult patient by any means, so I'd steer clear

I drive an hour to see Dr Lobby- why? I work in healthcare and I have found Dr Lobby not only the most professional urologist (respectful, understanding, knowledge of illness and treatment options) but her office staff is #1.

MY EXPERIENCES WITH DR. LOBBY HAVE BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL ALWAYS. SHE IS AN EXCELLENT SURGEON WITH GREAT RESULTS. SHE KNOWS HER PROFESSION VERY WELL AS DO HER OFFICE STAFF

My experience was exceptional as far as going to the Dr. can be. Reception was nice, appointment was on time and the Dr. is friendly and knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Dr. Lobby was very nice. However you will have to deal with the VERY rude receptionist at the front.

She really listens and knows exactly what to do! GREAT bedside manner and staff is awesome too

If you are reading this and contemplating whether to schedule an appointment with Dr. Lobby let me tell you that I am so happy that I did. It is very hard to feel truly comfortable when such sensitive issues are being discussed/treated. Dr. Lobby as well as her wonderful staff have made me feel at ease and my treatment plan is on the right path. Very well run office, very nice Dr. and appointments are on time. I'm very happy that I was referred to Dr. Lobby.
