Will not go anywhere else for my care. Dr. Frappier is the best.

Dr. Frappier is the best doctor that I've ever had. Fantastic and caring. She has helped me for many years now, and I've been very impressed by her entire approach to helping and guiding me the best way she can. She listens and has empathy. I am grateful that she is my doctor.

Nancy Frappier is a great neurologist. When I leave her office I understand where I am with diagnosis, test results, and plan moving forward. Staff is polite, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Very helpful nurses on triage line and calls back within 24 hrs or next business day. Never feel talked down to. Always ask if I have questions and make sure their answers are clear. I see a variety of specialists and this is the best office in town.

Migraines, carpal tunnel, sleep apnea, etc I've never had a bad day in this office. I feel seen as a person by this Dr and I recommend her constantly. She really looks at you when she's asking questions. Wish that was more common in doctors.

I've been a patient of Dr. Frappier's for a few years now & she has never disappointed me. She's always honest, but caring in her assessments & actually sits down with you to listen to what you have to say. Her staff is just as dedicated & helpful as she is. Everyone there is always being extremely respectful of your privacy in all ways. Every visit I'm always treated with respect & positivity, it really does help send you back out to spread that sentiment around.

Very thorough! Took time to listen and answer any questions, scheduled testing and made a plan for what was to follow, as well as explained the timeframe that this would take. She made sure that I know that I could contact her through the portal, if I had any questions that I forgot to ask during the appointment or if I had new questions. Her staff was just as nice and efficient as well.

Nice office to good staff

Besides the trouble with the Virtual link up, She was very Carring and helpful. Sent medicine to my pharmacy right away.

Time in waiting room was minimal. Staff helpful and pleasant.

She is very thorough and caring.

I'm well pleased with the service I received while at the doctor's office. Everyone is very pleasant and kind. I feel my needs are taken care of with the upmost concern and what is best for me.

She has been treating me for an issue for six years. I am now on a once a year follow-up status. She listens, she thinks outside the box, she cares, and she is always available through the patient portal. I enjoy seeing her.

I have been seeing Dr. Frappier since 1995. She is an excellent doctor, a good person, very pleasant, caring, listens well, takes time to hear all you have to say. Answers very quickly when having to send messages via portal. I have migraines and she has been a very caring person, very understanding about all I say. Friendly, efficient and explains things well

Dr. Frappier is a good doctor. Dr. cares about her patirnts, takes a geniune interest in who her patients are. Easy to talk to and easy to understand. I will recommend Dr. Frappier.

Dr. Frappier spent time with me, asking many questions to figure out what is causing my medical condition. She explained things to me and talked about side effects. She took time to listen to me and most definitely showed a caring heart. Dr. Frappier's office staff is very nice except for one of the gals at the front desk. My mask covered my mouth. It did not cover my nose because I am very claustrophobic and have asthma. I have a very difficult time breathing with these masks on and I struggle both mentally and physically having something so close to my face. She was very rude to me because I was not covering my nose. This gal most definitely deserves zero stars. However, the rest of the staff are most definitely 5 stars. Dr. Frappier is professional and knowledgeable. She takes her time, listens to patient concerns and asks lots questions. She is always very patient and respectful with my 93 year old mom.

Dr. Frappier and Amanda her M.A. are great. Both very carring. Takes time to really listen to you. Very knowledgeable about the patient and medical problems. Couldn't find a better neurologist.

I seen Dr.Frappier yesterday for my usual follow up. I enjoy going to see her and Beth. I've always liked Dr. Frappier. She listens to me. She treats my concerns appropriately. She usually sees me in a timely manner. I always like the medical assistant that does my VS and pre assessment.

I chose Dr. Frappier as my nuerologist because of family that had went to her. Then before, and after my consulatation I had heard several more wonderful things about her. She was excellant, thorough, positive and listens. The staff is very nice also and really care. ????❤

Dr. Frappier is one of my favorite doctors. She is very attentive and very personable. If you need a neurologist, she will always be my first choice.

Dr. Frappier is an absolute Godsend. I often wonder where she hides her Angel wings. She’s the most compassionate yet professional doctor I’ve ever been affiliated with. Just saw Dr. Frappier again yesterday for my regular check-up. Her medical assistant took my vitals and found her to be professional, caring person and humorous chipper personality. That was relaxing to start the visit when you have so many medical issues. Doctor Nancy was also a serene voice and personality that is valued during these complex and challenging times. My mother had been seeing this Doctor for six months, only the Doctor never actually saw her. Beth, an assistant was sent to talk to her instead. She was told that it was unclear, what was causing her shaking, her falls. Beth said she couldn't answer any of my Mom's questions and did not try to find any answers. St. Vincent's emergency room quickly diagnosed her with stage four Parkinson's disease. My mother has chosen another Doctor within the group, the one who has seen her in the hospital. She is one of the worst neurologist there is. Doesn’t deserve to have a doctors license. Could write a book about her negligence & lack of care.

I will not visit St. Vincent Neurology again. Dr. Frappier is an apparent feminist that has an agenda that negates any medical expertise that she may have. She was very rude to me. She persisted to be a disciplinarian despite my medical reports and my own knowledge concerning my health and condition. She would not listen and walked out of the exam room, while I attempted to articulate my medical concerns about the medications that she had prescribed; and my safety concerns regarding driving a commercial vehicle while under the influence of those drugs. She really needs to set her politics aside and practice medicine in a professional and responsible manner. I will not visit St. Vincent Neurology again. I have found Dr Frappier and her staff to always be professional and caring. Dr Frappier is very thorough, listens to my concerns and works with me in a collaborative manner to best address my issues. I would highly recommend this practice.

I was her male patient. I felt harassed by her, the feminist type. She failed to partner with me and listen to my migraine/cluster headache patterns. She proceeded to be a disciplinarian and a know it all without ever knowing my experience or my medical history from my primary care physician. I will never visit St. Vincent Neurology again. No stars, actually. I am going to complain to administration about my experience with her on 9/19/17.

DR. Frappier is the most caring and understanding Physician, she listens takes her time and always makes sure you fully understand her treatment plan , she is always determined to make sure she meets all your needs, I would HIGHLY recommend her for anyone that needs a Neurologist.
