Staff was very efficient and caring. Doctor took her time to listen to my concerns and was very thorough with her assessment.

Very bad experience. The people there very unprofessional. After waiting for 1:45 hrs and previously explained that I had another appointment in an hr an 10 min via Zoom. They made me wait just to hear that wasn't they problem I had that appointment. I got out of there unattended and frustrated

Cannot recommend this neurologist. Based on my experience she is unresponsive. I’ve given up after several messages left for her to follow up the labs and tests. I’m left without a final diagnosis. My last message was to request an appointment to follow up. Again, no response.

Worse doctor ever!! My appointment was rescheduled 3 times before I got to see her. She did not introduce herself when she walked into the room. She seemed annoyed the entire visit. Did not explain or provide information regarding my condition. She walked out and sent her assistant back in. I had to ask the assistant to have her come back into room for questions I had. She was even more rude when she came back in. Very unprofessional! DO NOT see this doctor or send loved ones to see her.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Worst Dr. I’ve ever come across. She gave me wrong medications, don’t ever go see her. She must be removed from that institution. I did call to let them know about my experience at the ER and just received a sorry in response. I would highly recommend going to a different location to receive better service.

It wasn't my experience, it was my husband's. He was being treated for Parkinsons. We went to her about two years ago, for his depression. He was put on a patch called Neupro, which furthered his depression, I took him off. When we went in there the second time, she put him on another medication, did not tell us it might cause suicidal thoughts. He took his life, and it is a very lonely feeling being by yourself, especially when you had been married for a little over 47 years. I would not recommend her to anyone. She should go back to pharmacology school, instead of listening to the drug representative. She help take my husband's life.

Stay away from this office if you are a Veteran. There front desk has no idea how to submit a Secondary Authorization if referred to another provider. It took more than 3 months for my to get approved with Pain Management. I was also referred to another neurologist to get a EMG study. I was informed by the other office that Dr. Burt's staff never submitted a Secondary Authorization. I am using my secondary insurance while I try to rectify this issue. Dr. Burt has a horrible bedside manner. Only after I threatened on two different visits that I would just find another provider because I appeared to upset her did she apologize to me. I also overheard the front desk clerk making disparaging remarks about me over the phone, they thought they had me on hold. I can no longer deal with their incompetence and rude demeanor. I also left several messages to speak with the Office Manager Patricia and I have yet to receive a return call.

One of the worst neurologist I have ever encountered. She is rude and doesn’t ever give results or a diagnosis, just a list of medications that don’t work.

Dr. Burt has been my Fathers neurologist for 4 years. She is an excellent Dr. and has provided wonderful advice to my Father.

Absolutely the worst doctor. Would not recommend. She has changed places now and does not accept my insurance but did not bother telling me this before my appt and will not refill my medication, which is life threatening because im a seizure and migraine patient. Now i have to find a dr ASAP! Her staff is very rude and disrespectful too, they have put me in a room before with another patient and neither one of us knew what was going on! That's just the tip of the iceberg. Look elsewhere!

Dr was very rude. Kept getting phone calls and walked out of the room. Wasn't intersted in my health issues or previous tests done. Kept getting up and asking question to another dr and not saying excuse me a minute. She would just walk out of the room and clomp her shoes dragging them down the hall and seemed irritated the whole time and had no interest in her patient.

Dr. Nancy Burt is not friendly to me. and Dr Burt charge me 25.00 for being late for appointment I tread with the number under her name but keep ring has a address that not her office so the other place here she used to work give me the right address & number so I call and they say if was a no show. So don't get sick and forget where the office or get lost because you will be charge a late fee of 25.00.
