I am writing for Alma. I am her care giver POA. Alma is soon to be 100 years old. On Wednesday she woke up with a partial which came loose. We called Doctor Nancy and we’re given an appointment within one hour. She examined Alma and determined that an extensive procedure was not appropriate for her. She has no trouble eating and did not have to be put through the uncomfortable repair. Thanks Doctor Nancy.

Dr. Bouchard is very understanding and answers all of my questions and explains everything. She is very patient,cheerful as is her staff….I look forward to my Dental appts. where before I dreaded them….

My visit was very good. My first visit to Dr Bouchard was very interesting. My jaw was so out of line she sent me to Dr. Satz in Fort Myers. He fit me with a splint. It worked and I have returned to Dr. Bouchard twice a year. She also put two crown’s on. She is so personable but professional at the same time. I can’t say enough about her and her staff. Top notch!

I broke a tooth and was able to get an appointment very quickly and walked out with a crown in one visit. Everyone in the office was was both professional and FUN!

Dr. Bouchard and her entire staff were wonderfully accommodating during my emergency visit. The got me in same day, diagnosed my issue and referred me to a specialist who they called and got me in within a few hours. I would highly recommend this office if you want quality care! Broke a tooth while vacationing. Office got me in early the next day. They clearly explained my long and short term options, giving me choices, and allowed me to choose what worked best for me. Very professional and caring practice

Best dentist I've ever been to

Had a problem with an 8-10 month old denture which broke. The lab only warranties the denture for 6 months. She was able to get it repaired for me at no charge and didn’t charge for her service. Shows me she really cares about her patients. Office staff always very friendly and helpful.

I have found my new dental practice! Dr. Bouchard came highly recommended from neighbors. Jill was kind enough to fit me into the schedule same day due to a dental emergency. Dr. Bouchard, Brianna and Jill are friendly, kind, even fun; and yet they are professional, skilled, and I felt safe, comfortable and well cared for! They live up to their name - Smiles with Care!

I have never encountered a more pleasurable experience from the moment I walked through the door. EVERYONE - office staff, assistant and Dr. Bouchard was so competent and caring. They listened and genuinely cared about what I had to say.

First time here, and I’m so glad a friend recommended it: clean and bright, cheerful staff, good technology, and a dentist (Dr. Broulard) who explains things well.

I had been putting off finding a Dentist since we moved to FMB. Recently I experienced pain and had to schedule a visit. After researching other local Dentist, I took the plunge with Dr. Bouchard. I am so glad I did! The entire staff was fabulous and Dr. Bouchard is wonderful. She prescribed an antibiotic to treat me and I am going back for a comprehensive visit to determine treatment. I was super pleased with my experience! I was having dental pain. They worked me in on a Friday afternoon, prescribed an antibiotic and referred me to an Endodontist. Everyone was personable and professional. I will return for something fun like a cleaning next time.

Thanksgiving Eve and I had a bridge come out of my mouth. Dr Bouchard was willing to come in on Thanksgiving but fortunately I was not in any discomfort. She set me up for Friday am even though they were closed for a long holiday weekend. The facility was first class. Dr Bouchard and Brianna were fabulous. Kind, professional, and even fun! Put my bridge back in place, identified and corrected an existing issue that contributed to it coming out, and also identified what will soon become an issue before it has become one. I’m a snow bird and had an implant placed while in MI. Made my appointment with Dr. Bouchard to have the implant completed. She had me see a specialist because she didn’t like what she saw. The implant was too deep to be used. Dr. Bouchard took that problem and turned it around so that I could keep my smile. Her and the entire staff are the most caring people. I am always recommending her.

I visit FMB 2-3 months a winter. I had an abscessed tooth and didn't know where to go for treatment. I called Dr. Bouchard's office and Dr. Bouchard happened to answer the phone that morning. From that moment on I felt like she as well as the staff (Esp. Briana) had been my provider for years. They worked me in the schedule and gave me great treatment and made me feel welcome. They were a God send to me and I thank them all.

The facility was great and the care was even better. Friendly, thorough, and quick. All visits to the dentist should be this good! Thank you !

Dr. Bouchard doesn't just advertise that Smiles with Care creates a compassionate and welcoming dental experience - she and her team deliver on the promise! I was pleasantly surprised when my nervous apprehension about the dental procedure turned out to be totally unfounded. What a relief! I am not the type of to leave reviews for every business that I go to but I feel the need to share my experience w/anyone & everyone I can... Let me start by saying that I have SEVERE dental anxiety, like to the point of having a full blown panic attack, I can’t breathe, shaking, trembling & even anxiety medicine isn’t enough to relax me. Dr. Bouchard & her staff have been the biggest blessing to me! Not only is Nancy a phenomenal dentist she is the most compassionate person I think I have ever met & her staff is phenomenal as well! Dr. B is incredibly gentle, like unbelievably gentle! Everyone knows numbing shots are the worst but she is magic & I didn’t even feel those!! I could go on & on about how thankful I am to have found her & how she has not only changed my smile & gave me my confidence back she has literally changed my life! I never imagined that there would be a day that I looked forward to going to the dentist but I do now & I highly recommend her!

Trying to find a local dentist. The office is close so I contacted them to get a price on two front crowns. The price was over a thousand dollars higher than other quotes. Then charged me $175.00 for the quote. I can go on and on but to keep it stay away

I am the patient that is an arm chair gripper and have extreme anxiety when it is time for the dental appointment! Dr. Bouchard and her staff are extremely patient and professional and I no longer feel that level of anxiety. My last appointment I said "I shouldn't be having this much fun at the dentist!" That speaks volumes of the care that you can expect from Dr. Bouchard!

Dr Bouchard and her entire office staff are great. I needed to get a crown and it was one of the most gentle novocaine applications I've ever received. I was with Brianna and Dr. Nancy and they're both so nice and put me at ease during my dental work.

Moving to FMB and wanted a local dentist. I found Smiles With Care and made an appointment for cleaning and initial exam. I knew what problems I had and told them I did but wasn't specific. The cleaning was I believe with Megan Reid. Hard to tell with all the PPE used for patients safety from crona virus. Appreciated the entire experience in the office in that regard and felt safe. The cleaning was very thorough and my teeth were the cleanest in appearance than I have had with other dentists in the past. I also appreciated this because of my love of coffee and that makes more work. The problems they found I expected and a plan with my estimated cost was prepared and work with Dr Nancy Bouchard will begin in July. I have no doubts about her ability and at this point love the FMB laid back dental office. The front desk staff member Jill Sellers? Was very friendly and personable as was all staff. At this point all is good and I can ride my bike to my appointments when we live at FMB!

I think this a bit of a money grab preying on visitors and tourists who may not have many choices. I chipped a tooth 1st day down here. True they are smiley and friendly, but I would be too if I was ripping that much out of people's wallets. I was charged $156 for a 3 minute "consult" with the dentist -$65 for xrays that I didn't want or need ( I just had some done 8 weeks ago) plus $90 for her to tell me all the ADDITIONAL charges if I actually wanted something done. Dr. wouldn't even see me until I agreed to xrays, then it was 3 minutes telling me that fixes ranged from an additional $250.(temporary fix ) to $1800. I checked elsewhere for the specific services offered me and they are way higher here than other places.
