Every single employee here was very polite and helpful. My son was very nervous about his first eye exam and they made it a great experience for him. Very friendly and helpful staff. The visiting doctor on the day I was there which was Thursday, was very nice and did several tests on my eyes for glaucoma and other tests. I had glasses ordered and was told 14 days for delivery. Definitely will be making this my permanent optometrist.

Very disappointed, I had 2 visits and 2 sets of glasses made both glasses were off on the prescription. Paid full bill (less insurance) at the time of purchase, and then was later surprised to get a $70 bill. I have never had an experience like this with an optometrist.

Dr. Nancy Bayly is an incredible eyecare professional. The level of service she gives to her paitents is first class. She looks at your total eye health rather than just fitting you for glasses or contacts. A normal visit lasts (for me that is) 45+ minutes and that does not include looking for lenses or frames. She has invested in state of the art equipment and she and her staff know how to use it. She and the entire staff go out of their way to take care of you as a person not a paycheck.

Went in to ask how much my sons lenses would b threw my husband s insurance bacause i need to order certain frames. Well ask i am telling the lady at the desk she interupted me and witha dirty ass look on her face and rude as f*** asked what insurance he had. Unbelievable service. Dr. Bayly always puts the client first. Her staff is friendly and the level of knowledge and expertise that Dr. Bayly exudes is unparalleled by any similar doctors around the area. She recommended me for a corneal surgery to a doctor in Lafayette that also did a fantastic job. I have been a life long client of Dr. Bayly's and have never left disappointed with the office environment, her work, or her staff. Highly recommend giving Dr. Bayly a try!
