She has no bedside manners.

Doctor Bass Told a teenager girl (myself) that for a girl my size taking 600 mg of medication is nothing. I also got a horrible eye infection a day after she checked me with her tools. Coincidence? I think not. She excused multiple of my symptoms only focusing on one asset of why I came to see her. Her pompousness is astounding as well as her horrible bedside manner. Do not expect any call made afterward in an effort to contact her to be received in a timely manner. She asserted my bloodwork would be read by her and she would call with the results in a matter of two days. It took her five. Furthermore, she did not call back when I had adverse effects to the medicine she put me on and needed advisement on stopping it. Overall awful experience.

Terrible listener, arrogant, condescending doctor who will interrupt you as you attempt to answer her questions. She puts one on edge with her confrontational, haughty manner. We tried two visits, in case the first she may have just had a bad day. Nope, she was awful on both.

We have visited twice with Dr. Bass. Each visit was horrible (we tried a second visit in case the first was not her best day). She is condescending and a poor listener. She will ask a question and before you have a chance to answer she will interrupt and arrogantly tell you what she thinks. This puts you on edge as you feel judged instead of helped. Obviously, one seeks their doctors opinion, but not like this with her haughty tone and confrontational manner. With her poor listening skills you get nowhere with this doctor.

She is very understanding and doesn't act like she is in a hurry.
