Just moved to the area, this office is my new PCP. I made an appointment to get a specialist referral. Waited 10 days, not bad...went in this morning, filled out the paperwork, a lot of pages. Then waited for awhile, then was asked why I was there. I said, I told you when I made the appointment, I need a referral. HE said, my insurance (Humana) was horrible, very difficult and they would NOT see me or give me a referral. Since when does this low life, arrogant office help dude decide whether the doctor should see me? I need a gastro doctor referral. He was one of the MOST horrible office people I have ever met. If I'm correct, Humana pays these offices monthly to see us, whether I make an appointment or not. So this A**holes office gets paid and they refuse to see me or give me a needed referral. She is the one of the best doctors in Las Vegas.. she cares and listen very carefully to her patients. She gives and takes time of her patience.Iin her office off course it takes a time this is the reason she takes care of her patients.

Dr. Parween Is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. I recommend her whenever asked. Being a nurse I know how to evaluate performance.

Worse customer service experience. Dr Parwin response to a patient asking questions. Her response was she is not here to educate patients. No kidding..That's what she told me when I question a lab order. This is a crooked operation, take your business somewhere else. If the the doctor is defensive when questioning a lab order. I be weary. I really thought that this doctor was was sincere in treating me. Talk about a wolf in sheep's clothing. Worse customer service experience. Dr Parween is a very caring physician. She takes time to spend with patients to go over all issues. I could not disagree more with a review I saw on here. That is why I am writing a review, which I usually do not do. I am the type of patient that goes to the doctor when I has an issue and I get it addressed. I take the doctors advise, I do not tell the doctor what I want, but what she a medical professional thinks I should do. I highly recommend her and Dr Syed Rahman who I have also seen.

horriable staff they are extremely rude!!!! I couldn't believe when asked about what I was needing to be seen for the extremely un-professional receptionist proceeded to laugh an tell me the dr wouldn't even want to deal with my problem.. I couldn't believe it.. Told her that u isn't see what was do funny an how rude she was... Never I'd never recommend anyone to this dr office.. This is the first time I have ever complained about a Doctor and the staff. Front Office is either understaffed or incompetent. Could not get my specialist referrals done. Could not get my pharmacy prior authorizations done. Can't get medical records transferred. Front office girl suggested that I get another Doctor! Doctor is always late. 1.5 hours late for more than 6 visits even when I had the first appointment of the day! Doctor cut me off twice, would not let me go through the list of current issues I needed help with. Every other Doctor has appreciated me taking the time to write this stuff down as a new patient. It took me three visits to get through the list. Told her I thought I had a fracture, she never even looked at it and did not address the pain. I did have a fracture, saw a different Doctor. To repeat, I have never complained about a Doctor before. Do yourself a favor, avoid this one. This is the first time I have ever complained about a Doctor and the staff. Dr, Parween is a thorough and knowledgeble doctor who has taken excellent care of myself as well as my family. She is very sweet - one of the best "bed side manners" I've seen in a doctor in a long time. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new doctor, she's one of the best I've come across in years.
