Dr. Khateeb is extremely rude and unprofessional. This is the first time I have ever written a review for any place of business. My experience there was so awful that I felt compelled to write something. After she answered her own phone during her staff's "Break" she was rude over the phone and tried to self diagnose my child and kept saying she needed a referral when I knew my insurance did not require a referral which I explained to her many times. Now I know what she wanted the referral; she only wanted the reimbursement from the insurance at 100% bc I guess she has had bad experiences in the past with reimbursement which I understand. BUT, that is NOT my problem as a paying patient with insurance. After staying on phone with insurance for 30 mins trying to rectify the misunderstanding with Dr. Khateeb she was still rude even AFTER she called me a LIAR in front of my 16 year old daughter-no class! She is unprofessional, rude and her office is not clean. Save your money.

Don't go to her or plan to. She is very rude and doesn't care about her patients. go to another doctor who is a NICE pediatrician not someone who has a tittle but doesn't look like it. She has no class always thinks she is right and has the right to say what she wants no matter if the child is there. Her place is always empty because a lot of people can't stand her and that's why it's easy to make appointments. She has no customers actually want them to be their child's doctor. Save your time!!!

They have cheerful staff. They understand parents have their own personal schedules, for that reason they process your case as quickly as possible.

Minimum wait time of 1.5 hours every time I'm here. Staff is unprofessional talking loudly about their sex lives at the front desk. I thought the first time maybe it was just an off day. No, it's EVERY time. The doctor rushes and half the time it's a different Dr she sends in. Very disappointed. They also said our 4 year who doesnt talk is normal. The next week the school called asking if we could test her. We come here because we are an ex-military family. Poor way to treat your veterans
