Office staff and Dr. Lott are always a joy with a ready smile and friendly conversation! Eager to listen and help! Always feel up lifted when leaving office! Couldn't ask for a better PCP!

I love Dr Lott l have been with Albrazo over 20 years and have had about 4 Dr that have retired or left the practice. She is the best Dr yet she listens to you and if your sick she trys to get you in the same day.. l am so happy she is my Dr and hope she never changes.❣❣

Dr Lott is the best! She has also referred me to a great urologist and podiatrist. Thanks for excellent medical help and advice.

After my PCP AND her PA both retired it was a difficult transition for me. I saw them for over 20 years and had been through some dark times and they cared for me. I saw several doctors and NPs and wasn't happy and looking to go elsewhere until I met Dr. Lott. She filled 2 pairs of big shoes! She listens, she cares, she's helped with concerns and I'm doing great now, getting healthier every day! Wherever she practices, I'll be there. I have been seen by Dr. Lott for a few years and without fail, she always listens carefully, explains things clearly and encourages a collaborative Dr/Patient relationship. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. She is always very friendly and responds same day via the Patient Portal to any questions I have. Her medical assistant is excellent, too, and also very responsive. All the office team are excellent and keep things flowing smoothly. I love having Dr Lott as my primary care physician. Easy access to virtual visit. Dr. Lott addressed each of our concerns with compassion and clarity. She's the best!

Dr. Lott is amazing, she listens to all my concerns without feeling rushed and makes you feel like you matter. Instead of just someone’s paycheck like I’ve felt in the past with other doctors. I highly recommend her.

My experience was wonderful I love my doctor and I I'm happy to be at this office. It's so easy for me because I live across the street from you all. Esee -???? peesy However I had a surgery done recently By another surgeon and was cut from top of stomach between breast clear down and then cut from hip to hip. VERY Painful. MY SURGEON GAVE ME PAIN MEDS AND 500MGS TYLENOL AND ANTIBIOTICS. DR LOTT informs me I don't need all that medicine stop taking it and she called me in a script for Ibuprofen. ???? scary .I was told by my Surgeon do not take it will make your bleed. I DO NOT KNOW HOW YOU COULD BE CUT THAT WAY AND NOT HAVE PAIN MEDS OR ANTIBIOTICS??? I'M NOT SURE HOW I FEEL ABOUT THE Decision THAT DOCTOR LOTT MADE FOR ME. .. Professional and experienced!!! Always greeted with a smile from the front desk staff, nurses (nurse are fantastic and knowledgeable), and Dr. I would recommend scheduling a visit with Dr Lott to see first hand. Dr. Lott, MD knows her profession well.

I haven't done FaceTime by myself. Usually the kids and grand and great grandchildren do it and I tag along. It was thorough and complete. I was happy with the results. Saved a lot of time.

I feel very comfortable talking with Dr. Lott. Some doctors aren't easy to talk with. I usually wind up changing doctors. All of the people that work there are also very nice.

I love my doctor and the staff.

I have gone through many Drs in my life, and never have I experienced the amazing and personable care like Dr Lott provides. She is many steps above the rest! She truly cares, is actively invested in my life, encouraging, and will take the time and measures to make sure you are well taken care of and treated properly. Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait to get an in office visit, but she is worth the wait for the level of care she provides! My husband now sees her as his PCP as well! Highly recommend this incredible Dr! Only wish their were more like her in this world. Dr Lott is one of the best primary care physicians in Arizona. As a physician in a different specialty, she is one of the primary care physicians that my family and I rely on. Her care and empathy is amazing. Takes time to take care of us and all her patients. The office staff are also the best.
