I highly recommend Dr. Nagaraja Sharma to anyone seeking a Cardiologist who really cares about his patients ! He goes above and beyond to make sure they get the care they need. He’s patient, attentive and thorough, and never rushes a patient out of his office. Not only is he professional but he is cheerful and caring. Dr. Nagaraja Sharma is the very best! … and the staff are all very friendly !

I was very fortunate to have Dr. Sharma perform my cardiac catheterization and stent implant. He was very patient and took the time to explain everything. Thank you Dr. Sharma.

Doctor Sharma was the cardiologist assisting my Surgeon Dr. Stone recently while I was having TAVR surgery. That is an aortic replacement valve. He was the most considerate of my feelings and my anxities. He has a wonderful bedside manner and really cares about his paitiens. He is great.

Dr. Sharma is extremely competent and explains procedures well. He makes the patient feel secure and confident with the procedures.

Dr Sharma was fine. I find that the office staff is rude & it's hard to get ahold of anybody on the phone. Called 3 days in a row to get test results left several messages each day but NOBODY returned my calls. Also was there for 2 different times for tests and waited an hour for one & 45 minutes for another.

Excellent Doctor and Special human being.

Dr. Sharma clearly explains all recommendations, indications, and risks/benefits for procedures. He carefully considers all aspects of patient care. His cardiology group offers a range of interventional services. He listens to patient and family concerns, and we highly recommend him.

Very impressed and happy with Dr. Sharma. His office was very accommodating and saw me on very short notice even though I was just visiting Florida. Within 2 weeks he put in a much needed stent and I was very pleased with their Cath Lab in Hudson. Very nice man all around, and the staff at the Cath Lab were great also.

You never know who you'll get when you are new in the area and have to go on one doctors recommendation for another doctor. So as a new patient, the staff at the Cardiology Group was able to give me a next day appointment for an issue that suddenly was discovered. Dr. Sharma was very reassuring, knowledgable, and set up a plan to fix my problem. I had a renal angiogram/stent done shortly thereafter and everything went well and hoping it stays that way long term.

He was willing to see me (new patient) on very short notice and immediately set me up for an stent procedure. He and his team at the Cath Lab did a great job and he is very personable to go with it all. Recommended!

I had my first visit to Dr. Sharma yesterday and was very pleased with him. I have a very complicated and long suffering health history so had taken the effort to condense it down in a page of typewritten notes which Dr. Sharma had obviously taken the time beforehand to read and comprehend. Our visit did not feel rushed and he sincerely listened to my answers and explanations to his questions. He respected my preferences and practices in using natural and holistic approaches for health care.

My mother was referred to Dr Sharma for a cardiac consult. He medicated her and his associate performed a stress test. I called the Oak Hill office where she was treated, to get a diagnosis and care plan. I was told that they could neither page him, nor guarantee getting a message to him. I was told to call the Hudson office. That office told me they would “try” to get the message to him. When I didn’t hear back after a few days, and I was very concerned about my mother’s lethsrgy, I called again at 5 pm, and found out that they work Monday- Friday, 9 AM-5PM, and that after 5 PM there is apparently no way to reach any doctor at this practice. The service even refused to take a message! Fast forward a week, and my mother breaks out in hives. Again, a Saturday morning and no doctor available- it fell on the ER doctor to diagnose it as an allergic reaction to one of the cardiac meds. My mother then spends a month at a nursing facility recovering. She then gets admitted to assisted living, and is lightheaded. The physician assistant at the ALF cuts her cardiac meds to half the dosage. She called Dr Sharma’s office to schedule a follow up appointment. She’s told by the receptionist that they won’t schedule an appointment for her because she’s missed three appointments! How is it even possible for someone that spent the last two months in a rehab hospital and then a nursing facility to “miss” any appointments when they never scheduled any appointments. Dr Sharma’s office leaving voice messages on my mother’s home phone when she was hospitalized and I’m rehab hardly constitutes an “appointment” to me. He may be a good doctor, I really don’t know, but I do know that the staff at the Oak Hill office is horrible, and that you cannot reach Dr Sharma, Dr Wilson, or any other associate after 5 PM or on the weekend.

He is an excellent doctor who is very caring and knowledgeable. He has helped me very much. I recommend him very much!

I am very sorry to have to write this review but i have to question why such an excellent Doctor would put up with such incompetent staff. There is absolutely NO reason a patient with a follow up after an MI stent procedure would be rescheduled 4 times due to insurance issues. I have a working spouse and his insurance is primary. they INSISTED that it was not and because they wouldn't look it up (a simple Medicare.gov look up would have sufficed) they rescheduled me the twice because they couldn't get their act together. They would rather argue with you. I have a PPO plan and I don't need a referral, but they insisted that they needed one. (Which they never told me) They just let me come in, sit in the waiting room for a half hour and then tell me I would need to be rescheduled. Excuse after excuse. I need follow up care so I will be looking for a new Cardiologist. By the way girls. i have been a nurse for 27 years and have NEVER seen such incompetence. I have worked with many insurance issues and always made it a point to do whatever was necessary for the care to be delivered. Too bad ....that office needs a clean up.

Dr. Sharma takes time with patients, gets to the 'bottom of the problem', is knowledgeable and curious. He has been my cardiologist for the past six years. I was concerned about finding a good cardiologist in the area when we moved here as my previous cardiologist was at Cleveland Clinic which has very high standards. I have not been disappointed.
