Dr. Nagaraj S Kikkeri

Dr. Kikkeri is a great doctor. Here is the problem. Billing. I was a patient for many years until I realized his billing office is lazy. They refuse to bill 2nd carriers due to "under staffed". So they will bill you once your primary pays without billing the 2nd carrier. They will charge you a copay for an insurance carrier they refuse to bill. My best advice is (if you become or are a patient) to watch your statements and report any issues to the insuaranc board.

I have been a patient of Dr Kikkeri at Advanced Pain Solutions for five years . I’ve never been disappointed with the staff are procedures.

The set up is basically a money machine. I wondered the first appointment because the doctor barely listened to me, he mostly talked about his personal stuff that related to where I used to work. Then he asked if he could call me on Sunday to check on me after the first appointment. I thought well maybe he really is conscientious if he'd call me on a Sunday! Apparently that was his pretense of "concern" boilerplate to cover himself with all patients. After that first call I never heard from or saw him again. I was treated by an underling.from then on. I asked for one extra pill per day (for a total of three) of a low level, low dose pain med Tramadol that lasts only 6 hours and the assistant refused. I did physical therapy, worked with their recommendations and everything. I didn't ask to dramatically increase the dose or for a stronger drug...just one extra 50 mg pill for a total of 150 mg of Tramadol per day. She didn't even ask the doctor, just said NO. So I had to have monthly appointments for the same medication with no progress and no adjustments. Why appointments every month with no change? MONEY. They also want to operate on me with steroids. That's the big money for them. I consider it drastic and scary. I've had steroid shots before and it doesn't work for me. In the meantime my insurance is being billed for a pain specialist, while I have an underling listen to me for ten minutes tops, write the same prescription every month and I am out the door. This place is not concerned to find the main reason of your pain, if your case is complex or chronic. They will send you a letter telling you that they can't treat you anymore and you need to look for help somewhere else. Really unethical and inhumain pain clinic. Go look for a more reputable pain clinic!!!!!!

Very pleased with Dr. Kikkeri and his staff. From Lisa who made sure my mother got the soonest appointment available to our favorite person at their office, Ms. Pat who helped us after the visit set my mother’s next appointment and answered all of our questions. So glad our family doctor referred us here!

Dr. Kikkeri is amazing. He listens, researches, and keeps me moving. Dr. Kikkeri and his crew treat me like family. My experience with Dr Nagraj Kekkiri is one of highest ethics. I find him to be very honest and professional. This to me is above everything in criteria in choosing his pain management practice. With Dr Kekkiri you can tell he is very passionate about what he does and assured me he is going to take care of me. The PA told me what was needed with back injections, The PA said we can not help you. Please leave. I said no. I asked to talk to the DR. He came in and said GET OUT HE HAS CALLED THE POLICE. I guess it is his way or nothing BTW that is a very old pic.

Dr Kikkeri cares about his patients.

Doctor Kikkeri and his staff have been treating my pain for four years now. He and his staff are awesome. They are friendly, kind and personable. Dr Kikkeri will sing for you if you ask nicely. He has a wonderful sense of humor. I am moving to San Diego in November and my hope is that my new pain management doctor and staff are as professional and caring. They will be missed. Great Doctor who cares a lot about his patients

Everyone is very friendly and patient and the facility is always clean and hygienic. They sincerely aim to treat your pain at its source and for the long run.

I’ve been seeing Dr. K for a few years now and he has always been a great person and doctor! Helping me get my life back after back surgery! Thanks Dr. K.!

He is very welcoming and easy to talk to. He listens with empathy and is understanding of my pain. He has greatly decreased my pain level in my neck and back and I feel my quality of life has greatly improved. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone.

Was one of the worst doctors I have experienced. Didn't care about me as a person.

Dr. Kikke has got to be the worst Dr. I have ever gone to. To tell a patient he has to talk to previous drs.before he can even treat you tells me he needs to go back to school. Maybe in the US this time!!! It was a wasted trip with a non-caring & rude Dr. Don't waste your time or your money!!!

I have been a patient of dr kikkeri for 10 years now. I dont know what i would do without him. He is so sweet and knows just what to do to help you. I lovs him and would never go anywhere else. His staff is really on top of everything and know what they are doing and very sweet as well.

Dr.Kikkeri is the best pain management doctor around. I had bilateral hips n knees replacement when I was 39 yrs old in 2003. In 2013-14, the nerve pain was getting so severe, I started going to Dr K. A new procedure came out for nerve pain in knees, he checked into n we pushed for insurance to pay. Within a year, the device was implanted n I have slim to none pain at any given time. I truly believe in Dr K truly cares for his patients. I can say he has one for life from me! I just feel very lucky being a patient over here because it has helped me to the point that I don't have any pain. I was so frustrated. It has changed my life what they have done here for me. I'm able to exercise and live my life how I used to.

When I first came here to Dr. K from that minute I was in SO fast to see him and ever since I fell in love with the doctor and everyone here!!!

He is the kindest doctor I've ever been to. He sits and lets me know about what I need to do and what I need to. All the providers and staff seem to genuinely care about the patients health and needs. He will continue trying to find what will work until he finds a solution.

I didn’t think I could get my life back before I came here. The facility is state of the art and everyone is extremely efficient and caring. I have even gotten surgeries done at the surgery center and just like the pain center, it is nothing short of excellent. Very pleased with the entire operation they have going. If you have pain, go to these people.

I was seen recently by advanced pain solutions for some back pain. The whole staff was very professional and helpful through the entire process. They were knowledgeable with my condition and put me on a plan to help with my pain. Overall I am very happy. Would highly recommend.

I love Dr. K and his entire staff! I have gone to other clinics that have an unwelcoming and non-helpful staff and I have never experienced that here. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. You can count on living better if you choose to come here!

My name is Joyce W. I have known this Doctor for over 10 yrs. When I first came to him I just knew there was no hope for me. But to my surprise after meeting with him and doing exactly what he asked of me we were able to come up with a solution for my pain problem. The treatment plan that he recommended was just what I needed. His bed side manners are wonderful.

Dr. Kikkeri is one of the nicest and best out there! He cares so much about his patients and will guide you in the right direction of care! His staff is friendly, informative, and always helpful. I recommend anyone dealing with pain to see Dr. Kikkeri!

Dr. Kikkeri is the kindest most considerate physician I have ever met. He actually listens to you and takes time to sit with you. If he feels like you need a specialist for another problem he will go out of his way to find a physician to refer you to.

This is one of the most uncompassionate doctors I have ever come across. It is obvious that it is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY with Kikkeri. He DOES NOT CARE that you are in pain. If you are unfortunate to have to seek help for chronic pain, do your homework, read reviews, keeping in mind that most of a doctors' good reviews are probably coming from within his inner circle.

Everyone has taken such good care of me here. I feel important here. Dr. Kikkeri is such a loving man and I feel lucky to have been sent here.

There are few words in Webster’s that adequately describe the medical excellence that is dr k . an example of his caring was when he called me from India to check on me after a procedure. In the ten years that I have been his patient I have never felt uncomfortable or nervous in his care. He is a man that truly wants the best results for his patients and will go the extra mile to insure it. You cannot find a more caring and professional man of medicine.

Dr. Kikkeri has been helping me manage chronic pain from a neck injury for years now. He has made a dramatic impact in my quality of life.

Worst doctor I've ever been to. Doesn't listen, and doesn't care. Gave me 5 new medicines and when I asked him what the possible side effects were, he said "they all have different side effects" and walked out. I almost ended up in the hospital due to his lack of explanation. Not even a week later I'm back in his office and was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Didn't care that I was in pain. Treated me like a delinquent and demanded to talk to my other doctors to make sure I wasn't lying about having a back surgey. Very rude, just wants to give you injections to make a quick buck. Best pain management doctor in Texas I don't care what anybody says. He does explains the medications there side effects if you listen if you in his office to get the pain medication that you want and because you don't get it all of a sudden he's not a good doctor then that's your problem. There are many providers at this site and I never knew who I would be seeing. They referred me to a neurosurgeon there at the office but after I saw him, I was told he was not associated with this facility. I found it to be confusing and often heard contradicting information.
