My family has been seeing Dr. Pavuluri for many years now and she's helped us crack the code for our middle child. She's the first person who was able to put all the pieces together and help us plot a course forward through therapy, medication and a holistic approach to care.

Dr. Pavuluri provides amazing support for my mental health. I see her monthly. She is caring, kind, and as a bonus, punctual! Highly recommended.

Dr. Mani Pavuluri has been a life saver to our family when several psychiatrists in the city where unable and unknowledgeable about pediatric bipolar disorder and how to properly diagnose and treat, thereby decreasing the chances of significant progression of disease. We travel 5 hours to see her every 6 months and more often if needed. Her scientific knowledge is matched by her compassion. She enjoys getting to know her patients and families. She encouraged both of our kids when they struggled and us as parents that things were going to be ok. She is so very positive and gives practical ways to think, process daily life and small but doable life skills. Dr Mani has been a great emotional support for me over the last months. She has helped me regain my confidence, learn to enjoy life again, and taught me how to handle a situation that I was struggling with. Dr Mani is kind and very accepting, i highly recommend her.

Cannot stress enough how great of a job Dr. Pavuluri does. Amazing at building a comfort level even through video chats. In two visits she really helped get my anxiety under control and got me on a happy and healthier path. 11/10 would recommend again.

I have Dr Pavuluri to thank for my bipolar daughter's transformation from a complete basket case in middle school to the thriving, happy college student she is today. After suffering through numerous incorrect diagnoses and off-base medication regimens from other doctors, Dr. Pavuluri correctly diagnosed my daughter and quickly devised a regimen that worked (which she has carefully tweaked to maintain efficacy over the years). My daughter went from getting Ds and Fs in school to straight As. The social component followed soon after: she had no friends in middle school but by high school had learned to form friendships and has continued and improved in that regard in college. Dr. Pavuluri is a god send. We took our bipolar daughter to see her in Chicago from Florida as a last resort. We had been to so many doctors in south Florida that could not help us get our daughter back from this horrible illness. Within a month Dr. P as we fondly call her had our daughter stabilized and on track for years to come. She answered us promptly any time we contacted her with questions or issues about treatment and medications without delay. My child has been followed by Dr Pavuluri from 2010. My daughter is BP1 with psychotic tendencies and was rapid cycling when Dr Pavuluri agreed to take her on as a patient She was 11 years old. She had already had a two week stay at Children’s and was still not well. If it was not for Mani’s dedication and relentless pursuit of how to help my child, my daughter would be in a residential facility. Dr. Pauluri has been a life saver for our family. She has been our doctor since 2006 and has done for us what no other doctor, therapist or hospital has been able to do. I have been extremely blessed by having Dr. Pavuluri as my children’s doctor. Dr. Pavuluri went above and beyond to truly take the time to not only make sure children’s medication was exactly what was the right fit but that are family as a whole was being taken care of. As many parents know, that finding the right mix of medication can be a very scary and trying time. Dr. Pavuluri has gone above and beyond when my son feel ill and was admitted to the hospital. When the doctors where struggling to find a solution to help. Dr. Pavuluri return there phone call with in hours well she was out of the country and at a family wedding. We were referred to Dr. Pavuluri by another psychiatrist who had navigated my child through crisis, but was not able to render further improvement. Still suffering from depression, struggling to meet typical daily expectations and looking down the barrel of teenage years, we needed a better treatment plan. Through medication and therapy, Dr. Pavuluri has been able to progress my child to a level of tenacity and optimism which seemed unattainable a few years earlier. Dr. Pavuluri is absolutely awesome! We are so blessed to have found her to help out our daughter and our family. We had been taking our daughter to different therapists and physiatrists for years with no real results. It got so bad that she was hospitalized 3x. Then a friend referred us to Dr. Pavuluri and everything changed. She helped us to go through many medication changes before finding the right one. In addition, she spends time during visits to listen, educate, empathize and develop action plans. She is positive, kind and empathetic. There are many licensed people who just didn’t have any idea how to deal with our family needs. We were very fortunate when a therapist referred us to Dr. Pavuluri. Our life has become more manageable and our hope for successful children and a happy family feels possible. We have known Dr. Pavuluri for 10 yrs already. She began treating our daughter from the age of 12. Our daughter had been in 3 separate psychiatric hospitals in a span of 2 months, had been evaluated by countless other psychiatrists who really couldn't pinpoint a diagnoses, and she was put on numerous trials of medications , none of which helped solve her issues. Dr. Pavuluri literally saved our daughter's life. She found the correct combination of medications, but more importantly she got to the root of the problem and was able to slowly bring my daughter back to her true self and shine a light in the darkness. She was gently able to assist our daughter in regaining her emotional and physical control through the correct medications. Dr. Pavuluri just didn't write prescriptions. Even more importantly during every session, she counseled our daughter giving her tools and strategies to rebuild her self -esteem and expand her self awareness. All of this took time and patience, and Dr. Pavuluri was with us every step of the way. Dr. Pavuluri was and still is a miracle worker with our daughter. Her integrity, expertise, and personal relationship with us, the parents ,as well as our daughter has built a strong foundation which continues to today. Dr Pavuluri is an excellent, caring psychiatrist. Over the past two years, Dr Pavuluri has been treating my teenage children for mood disorders. She has done a wonderful job helping us through some difficult and challenging times. Dr. Pavuluri has been very responsive to our concerns and has become a trusted resource to me.

Dr. Pavaluri was referred to our family when my sons psychiatrist didn’t feel she could help him any longer. She took my son as a patient and within a short time had gotten him through a medication change and feeling much better about himself.
