Dr. Sarfraz and his support staff of physicians assistants are all amazing at what they do. Extremely supportive, kind in their approach, and very proactive in the manner by which they care for their patients. Dr. Sarfraz and his PA, Emily Knowlton are always just a phone call away even after hours and on holidays to address, manage, and treat any type of medical emergency and non emergency alike. Dr. Sarfraz and his team go above and beyond the call of a normal doctor's office. Dr. Sarfraz in particular, truly cares about his patients and always puts us first. My family and I are so grateful for his medical expertise. There really is no other doctor like him. Thank you Dr. Sarfraz, and the entire Prime Healthcare of Southport team! Best doctor ever! Very kind and efficient. Wonderful bedside manner. Resolve all my problems quickly, and address all my concerns.

I have been going to Dr. Sarfaraz for 5 years now. He is very knowledgeable and a good person. Can be tough if you don't follow instructions, but you want that in a doctor. I will continue going to him. Has helped keep key issues under control.

Dr. Sarfraz is the best primary care doctor I've ever had. He's very knowledgeable and thorough. I've had some fairly significant health issues and he's never been anything but smart, helpful, and respectful. He's always willing to run tests that have found issues other doctors were never able to pinpoint. Highly recommend.

There's no words to explain how straight to the point and thorough this doctor is and NEVER rushed ever. He get's to the route of the problem and after having unnecessary procedures, multiple surgeries over the past 10 years (I'm only 30) he FINALLY figured out what the cause of all my symptoms were. Every single office staff including the front desk are so empathetic, NEVER rush you out of the office nor off the phone. MULTIPLE times I have called asking to come in sooner and they get me in the SAME exact day and ask me what time I can come in. I have never witnessed this level of concern from an ENTIRE doctors office in my life. Thank you Dr. Sarfraz for saving my life and for founding medical problems that all my other specialists couldn't find.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Sarfraz for over 20 years. We think he's wonderful! Not only is he warm, kind and patient, he's an excellent diagnostician. The only problem I have with him, is that he is so popular, his waiting room is always packed. I understand he's not taking any new patients. I am not recommending him for this reason.

Dr.Sarfraz, has been treating our family for the past 10 years! We appreciate everything that he has done and continues to do for us. A man who truly makes the community better!

I am visiting Dr Sarfraz for the last eight years and found him well experienced. His diagnosis is excellent and that has saved me many times from expensive hospitalization. His is polite , humble and humorous. Whenever I call him after office hours , in case of emergency , he responds immediately. If admitted in hospital, he takes care that he is having update on my condition from the staff attending me.

His expertise, caring and outstanding medical intuition has been a life saver for me. I couldn't imagine seeing another doctor.

I've been with Dr. Sarfraz for better than two decades because he is skilled, intelligent and caring. He is open-minded regarding alternative medicines and has an ego equal to the task being questioned by those who take an active, involved interest in their own healthcare. I don't normally take time to do these sort of things, however Dr. Sarfraz is such a great physician I felt I should. He is an exceptional doctor, works hard, cares about his patients and is a pleasure to see. I also must note is staff is amazing.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. The receptionists were extremely unintelligent and rude and the doctor was a cocky jerk. Signed me up for useless tests for no reason.
