She wasted our time she is a big liar and she makes excuses every time I have an appointment with her. She is not a nice lady to be honest she plays game with people.

This is a TERRIBLE office. Dr.Yassa is not a trustworthy person and she has no compassion for patients.

Was referred to her office for a specific issue. Several months and multiple tests later, she tells me that she doesn’t treat that issue and that I need to see a different doctor. All those tests were pointless and a complete waste of time.

DONT CHOOSE this as ANY MD if you care about your health. She is not only rude verbally but has the power to diagnose you with whatever she wants without explaining ANYTHING. I truly believe she is just a unhappy person who needs mental help and a vacation. I will pray for her

This Nadine is the worsest Doctor, she deserve a ZERO STAR. I see her the first time she was rude. She called me, was rude through the phone and prescribed me a seizure medication without testing me first to see what medication helps. I try the medication she prescribed, it didn’t help and I have a seizure attack with the medication, and I stop taking it. My first medication I took from my other Doctor it help. We had such great experience with Dr. Yassa! My mom was suffering from many things including lack of sleep, being tired during the day, having stomach issues, digestion problems and many more which were not the reasons to visits this doctor. On our very 1st visit Dr. Yassa asked my mom many medical questions and surprisingly asked about her life stories, back to 20 years ago! Just to let everybody know there's a reason why people only put one star on these reviews with Dr. Yassa and let me tell you this is a better place to complain about her because if you complain to her receptionist or staff she will not see you anymore I complained about having to wait two hours for an appointment time in the lobby and then to wait another 30 minutes in the office to see her for five minutes and when I complained about it they said they can't See me anymore. Referred me back to my PCP. It's like that Seinfeld episode when George didn't get his bread from the soup place. "No soup for you!!!" Dr Yassa does not care about her patients or how her actions affect her patient, their lives and their families. (Look up her public records) Beware. I came to see Dr Yassa after passing out from low blood pressure, and taking blood pressure medication (ER diagnosis), just to make sure nothing else was going on. After expressing that I was dissatisfied with the lack of communication on how the tests and timelines were going to work, she dropped me as a patient and left me with a suspended drivers license, which she had reported to the DMV, knowing how hard it is to get in to see doctors right now. It felt malicious and like the only thing she cared about was her pocket book. Dr Yassa wanted multiple tests, and tried to put me on an anti-seizure medication, “just in case”. She did not listen to what I had to say, or how I felt. It was her way or the highway. After a brain MRI, EEG and bloodwork, showing no sign of seizures, she still would not sign the paperwork that she had repeatedly assured me that she would sign. Due to liability issues, doctor’s don’t want to sign off on a clean bill of health for the DMV, so I am stuck looking into legal action, and second opinions, trying to find a doctor that will do the right thing and help me get my medical suspension lifted. I was very pleased with her. She took time listening and asking questions. Also examining me. She didn't rush me out i was able to explain all what was happening with different things concerning my health. She also didn't waist time scheduling me with test. I appreciated that the most.

I've never been to this office until yesterday. I actually got lost in the parking lot ???? and had to call to ask where the building was. The lady I spoke to was so nice and helpful and told me where to go. When I got there I just had to fill out some paper work. Once I was done I was taken back to a room. She made sure every recommended test and treatment was performed if acceptable as well. Dr Yassa orders unnecessary tests and prescribes medications that are unnecessary, just in case.... She submitted paperwork that resulted in my drivers license being suspended, and then wanted $75 to sign the form to get it reinstated, even after test results came back showing nothing, and there were no "recurring issues". She does not act in the best interest of her clients, but her wallet.

Please, save your time and health and never come to this office! Terrible service. Waiting time is unacceptable. And delay is not because she spends a lot of time th the patient but because she is very late to work. Plus she is not even a good doctor. Won't be coming to this office ever again.

Dr. Yassa is a sham. She has no business advertising that she is a doctor of neurology, let alone a sleep disorder specialist. She finally entered the room (45 min. wait). She said she never received my records, and yet my previous physician swore they had faxed her the information. She accused me of getting 2 shipments of my meds in one month. I reviewed the report she indicated that gave her that information, and it said quite the opposite. She ran out of the room & hid. I want my $75. copay!

My visit was actually outstanding. I was a bit skeptical going in for my visit because of all the unpleasant experiences that I've read from other patients. I'm just glad mine wasn't a horrible one, but I do have to go back. Hope I didn't speak to soon.

I was referred to her because of recurring headaches after a fall. I experienced the same or similar poor care from Dr Nadine H Yassa that has been described by others. First about the waits, yes, you do have a long wait for the first visit, but that is because they schedule you such that you have time to do paperwork, i.e. 45 min before you see the dr. Second, I found dr yassa to be as good as any dr at explaining what was happening-no specialty Drs really seem to have had any training in patient interaction. She was effective, got me on the drug I needed and referred to further specialists immediately.

The worst Dr visits of my life. Each time I waited 45-50 mins after the appointment time just to be called back. Then i waited 15-20 to see the Dr. I never left the office knowing what she was checking for or what the outcome was and if there was any thing that could be done to help me. don’t even try to get your medical records for a new Dr cost you serious $ and a huge headache if you need any info other than you last 2 visits. Seeing everybody's reviews is making me want to post my experience as well, because I wish I would have known before I spent the last 2 years trying to make things work with her. My last visit I left their in tears. This was after they told me to go to Roseville for my apt (I live an hour away), once I got their they stated they didn't have an apt for me and I needed to leave. After countless efforts to try and figure out what went wrong they told me she was actually at her Auburn office that day and could not fit me in. I had to talk to several people before I finally was able to still be seen in auburn that day. During that visit she only spoke to me for a few minutes, which happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there. Not including the multiple hour wait in the lobby when I have a scheduled apt. I pretty much had to beg her for my test results which she stated "their fine" and walked out and went on to see the next patient. I was asking her for help on my DMV Paperwork that she is the only one that can sign off on and I have had nothing wrong with me in years to make it to where I shouldn't have my license. She told me she would not do it and she would not let me leave my paperwork there for her office to fill out because I am only a "chart" to her and her office and unless I am right in front of her she will do nothing for me. We arrived for a 10:30 appointment only to find the 8:00 appointment still waiting because Yassa wasn't even there yet. Went to another neurologist who had no explanation for the endless tests she put my mother through, and charged her for-- multiple times. The other doc did one test, gave my mother a diagnosis, and said if she would've been diagnosed properly earlier we could've slowed her progression with different medication.
