My first experience with Dr.Oskooilar is that he did not use a computer at all. It took him 2 years to learn how to use a computer apparently. He had to pull out a book on mental illness to know what Bipolar disorder was. He also does not know the difference between mania and anger. The cherry on top was him fat shaming me every session and trying to practice Healthcare work outside his scope of practice, by trying to suggest health and nutrition advice and trying to have my doctor share results of my sleep study because he did not believe I had severe sleep apnea. Dr.Oskooilar is by far the worst psychiatrist I have every had, and I have had some bad ones. I would strongly recommend against seeing him for treatment.
