Tried to make an appointment for a covid test and they were quite rude. I was on the phone for 15 minutes and I only talked to an actual person for maybe 1 minute, they kept me on hold almost the entire time and then hung up on me. I did go and get a Covid test and a flu swab on the same day. They billed my insurance for the Covid test but not the flu test so months later I’m trying to dispute it with my insurance. Pitiful. They had a dr from beattyville there when I took my husband who was bad off sick. I told her his eyes were yellow and it took her all of 30 seconds to look at him and diagnose him with a sinus infection. I asked her to draw blood and she dead serious looked at me and asked what she would be looking for. Like seriously. She came back in and said it would cost $300 up front before they could draw blood. We left and two days later he ended up at UK and wasn’t even there an hour and they diagnosed him with Hep A. If she can’t do her work right and know what yellow eyes/ skin mean then she needs her license taken away. It’s sad my husband suffered because of her lack of attention and time. No need to mention the time we spent in the waiting room. I went back the next day to get his records with what they diagnosed him with and they said he needed to come in and sign for it and he seriously couldn’t hardly walk let alone get out of the vehicle. Dr. Shaikh is an amazing dr. When my husband Daniel was sick he kept on until he found what was wrong. Now he does great with the the medicine he gives him. The only problem we ever have is once he tells them to call in refills you never get them to do all of them. Can’t understand why they think he just needs one or two and not all. always made appointments and arrived early and won’t be taken back into a room an hour and sometimes 2 hours later and then waiting another hour to just be seen by the doctor. don’t waste your time if you’re ill and need medical attention, it’s not worth the waiting

Been a patient for over 4 years. Live Amy, Dr. Banks grew up here and Dr. Shaikh is funny. Only thing is that I DO NOT EVER LIKE TO SEE ANY DOCTOR ON A COMPUTER SCREEN!!!!!!
