Awful place. Receptionist hasn’t picked up the phone in 4 months and I’ve tried calling and leaving messages. Never got a call back. Would not recommend this place.

0 stars. Very very rude Receptionist. Hangs up on clients trying to schedule appointments. Talks over you and doesn’t let you speak. Threatens to disconnect the phone call for asking her to not speak over you. Very poor customer service!

Always very pleased with my experience at IPL skin solutions

Staff is very professional and helpful. The office was clean and location was good. Highly recommended.

While many other offices tend to overcomplicate the simple things- such as booking appointments or returning calls- I've never had an issue with that here. Dr. Paroya has always been friendly, considerate, and helpful, making my visits here all-around five star experiences.

New receptionist in Dr Paroya’s office is like a breath of fresh air. Appointments are now easy to make. Phone calls get answered, paperwork gets done. Everyone in the office seems happier. Idk why the last lady is gone..... but I almost left because it was so hard to get her to do simple things like answer phone or refill prescription. He is an excellent Doctor.

Dr. Paroya listens to your concerns, helps address them and never make you feel rushed. Very professional.
