Never saw the Dr.

I first began seeing Dr. Moufarrej and his staff at The Neurology and Sleep Clinic in 2016. The staff was professional and responsive to scheduling and I was impressed with the level of attention I received during and after my appointments. Since my first experiences with the Neurology and Sleep Clinic I've had the opportunity to receive sleep related care from several different practitioners to include those with the Sleep Clinic at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, however, none of them were as pleasant as my experiences with the Neurology and Sleep Clinic. After returning to the SBC area, I was pleased to be able to continue care with the Neurology and Sleep Clinic. My first appointment back reaffirmed what I'd already experienced with my first visits; the Dr., Nurses, and Staff at the Clinic are professional and knowledgeable and treat me as a priority. I certainly recommend the services of the Neurology and Sleep Clinic to family and friends.

I have never seen Moufarrej only his PA's. I have had several doctors to tell me and my husband that he shouldn't be a doctor. My husband's doctor flat out refused to let Moufarrej treat him. I paid my bills and kept my receipts and after a year or so they send me a bill saying i didn't pay and me telling them i could show them my receipts they wouldn't accept it so i left & find another doctor and haven't had anymore problems. Very good doctor and knowledgeable staff that are very friendly!

He and office are unresponsive. I called many times to discuss a bill I received two years after I stopped seeing him. No one ever called me back and finally I was sent a collection letter.

I had a follow up sleep apnea appt last week and had just been diagnosed with a cyst on my brain and was nervous. He and his assistant talked to me and did some tests and made me feel better when the did not have to. I love these people and they will get medical records from me personally if need be. You are lucky if you get to see the doctor. I saw him for maybe 10 minutes. I had to talk to his P.A. or Nurse Practitioner. They were both very condescending and rude. I had done a sleep study in his facility, and when I went back for a followup, they asked if I had ever done and study. They said "Where?" I told them there. They asked was it in house or a home study. I said it was in house, and it should be in my records. I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone.
