Yesterday and again today I tried to contact her office but no one answers the phone after 12-15 minutes. No way would I visit a doctor with this understaffed front desk.

I had a telehealth apartment with her for Covid, Shingles, and intestinal issues. She listened carefully, took notes, asked follow-up questions and prescribed appropriate medications for each. She wanted pictures of the Shingles rash to verify it’s location, and since I had taken pictures the prior day, she was able to see how it was spreading.

Dr. Vastey is an awesome doctor because she takes great care of her patients and she works very hard at her job. ????

Excellent physician, listens to the needs of her patient’s, and never makes me feel rushed.
