I have searched for a PCP and finally came across this Dr. I walk into the clinic and first impression is DISQUSTING, very sketchy. dirty, and the Dr doesn't even look like he's showered, wearing dirty socks with slip on sandals. So i second guess myself ???? because I need to be seen. Not to mention, after making an appointment 3 different times; I'm finally able to "be seen". The "DR" comes out into the WAITING room while he has a patient in the back and asks me "Why are you here"???? I'm suppose to discuss my "issues" while in a waiting room with other people (HIPAA?). I tell him and he proceeds to tell me, Oh we can't see you, you just need to find another PCP. ???? I came in for a referral and for a general checkup. This "DR" is what is called a "Script Dr". He provides narcotics to addicts... And it's obvious as soon as you walk in the door. I was trying to be seen for a general check up because I'm due and just moved to the area. I DO NOT suggest you coming to see Dr. Firoz or coming to the community clinic in Will's Point, TX. (Unless of course you are a pill head or drug addict, then he will be perfect for you). Terrible place! 1st impression was this is an old health department. Dirty and the only bathroom in the waiting area was out of order. Health violation?. My insurance provider assigned this doc as my new PCP. I filled out about 12 pages of documents for new patient info. The 1st was a medicine contract, HIPAA and safety contract stating I wont hurt myself. No information on my health. Long story short, after all the nonsense to get added as a new patient, the doc wont see me since he doesnt take blue cross any longer. He claims Blue Cross is requiring him to pay money for patients. Horrible bedside manner. The dr is walking around in scrubs, socks and sliders- no shoes. Horrible place. Dirty and non working bathroom They took my appointment knowing they no longer accepted my insurance. Put me through all of the nonsense, called me to the back to say 'Why are you here?" Why didnt you choose another dr and then say we aren't taking your insurance. Beware.

The best and most caring Dr I have ever seen as well as his entire staff.
