Great doctor, right to the point, and really helped me find the right mask to use with my sleep apnea, even comping me a $40 mask just to make sure it worked before I spent my own money. It really helped me out and my sleep is a lot better. Whoever the other chump is who got "overcharged" they should complain to their insurance company not Dr. Albakour.

Dr. Albakour is knowledgeable and helpful. The office, however, is frustrating. The service desk is perfunctory and mechanical - not very pleasant. It took months (yes months) for someone to return my call about a question. I recently had an appointment and called the next day with a follow up question/request. I did not get a reply. I called again and left a message. It's been two months and no one has followed up. If you call, it's voice mail jail. I like the doctor but the business/customer experience is disappointing.

Dr. Albakour was so sweet. I saw him for reading a sleep study and the sleep lab did not send the appropriate documentation, despite this not being his fault he came in and apologized and asked if I wouldn't mind waiting as he did not want me to make another trip. I was able to do some work while waiting. He and his staff we're very prompt. On top of this, when the paperwork was in, he spent time with me answering my questions and explaining everything to me. He was very professional and kind.

I highly recomend Dr Albakour to everyone.. he is knowledgeable and so friendly, he gives patients alot of his time.
