Dr. Kahn, the most unprofessional MD I have come across (and I'm from a medical family), "treated" me on Teledoc by confirming the diagnosis of Keratosis Pilaris, uploading a PDF that referenced two types of prescription ointments along with remedies and OTC options I had previously tried, and attempting to pawn me off to finding a "cosmetic dermatologist". When I asked in a second message about the prescription-strength creams/ointments referenced in the material, stating that my insurance would not cover seeing a cosmetic dermatologist, his response was unprofessional and appalling: "KERATOSIS PILARIS - See attached summary (Two handout from Mayo Clinic & ACOD) that were uploaded for the patient. She needs a Psychiatrist if she is still obsessed with this. There is no special cure for this "essentially normal but somewhat dry rough bumpy skin". " I have absolutely no words Dr. Khan, but have filed a grievance with Teledoc over this unprofessional, dismissive, and insulting behavior.

Because I then attempted to ask him about prescription ointments (two types of which were referenced in the material he sent me), he responded by saying I was 'obsessed' and needed a psychiatrist. I have filed a grievance with Teledoc, and am appalled with this unprofessional, insulting, and dismissive behavior.

Used Dr. Khan through Teladoc. Quick reply and a prescription sent. Nice option during these times

Used TeleDoc app through my insurance company. Sent photos and he replied back quickly and provided a prescription which was sent directly to my local pharmacy.
