Musharaf Momin

I was forced to give at least one star. They do not answer the phone, return phone calls or emails. I can't say much about the staff other than "how are they able to stay employed when you are not capable of basic business practices."

Anytime I have ever needed to see Dr Momin, from start to finish {scheduling, labs, x-rays to follow ups & referrals} The ladies there have always taken special care of me. Dr. M M. Being an internist in Multi Organ Complexity is more than just a PCP, as finding a internal specialist near by is no easy feat. And whether it's been four months between visits or 4 years they're always sweet and caring and do their best to insure I'm taking care of, or sent to where I need to be to do so! .. I am so very thankful for the team but especially the wonderful Young ladies that keep the ship a float. ????????. Sincerely. Judy Heather Pitchford

Always takes care of me when needed.. And the young ladies that run the show are beautiful, kind and caring. No matter if I'm coming in every 4 months for blood pressure or 4 years later for amputation they always make me feel secure in that they have it handled and if not send me where I need to go. Best PCP in Henry County.

Came to this practice for the first time last week as a follow up from an ER visit. Took lab work and over a week later still no follow up from the doctor to discuss the results. I had to hear my results from a receptionist instead Dr Momin himself which is absurd! The results apparently had been available for days but apparently he didn’t have the time to discuss them with me. What a horrible doctor and I will be finding another doctor and practice to go to! In short, Dr. Momin is the best doctor I have ever seen. May run late but always takes time with each and every patient. New location is really nice and convenient as well. Really does a great job of explaining things and answering questions you might have. I am not sure of some of the comments here. Like they going to a different doctor than I see. Dr. Momin has taken amazing care of my family for several years now! He is always helpful and has helped diagnose some issues with my kids we were struggling with. Grateful for him and his team!

SLOW! SLOW! SLOW! Been here a couple of times and EVERY TIME they show no sense of urgency. At least 1.5 - 2 hours of wait time. Even when there’s not a lot of people. I had time to grab some food, gas up the car, visit family and still had to wait.

My husband has been diagnosed with covid my this doctor and had him come for a check up at 915 am it's now been a hour sitting in parking lot 20 or more people seen for pain meds walking out with their opioid prescriptions and the sick sitting out the parking lot called inside 2 times to remind them we was still setting outside it's now over a hour he's sick with covid and is not allowed inside were it's nice and cool but I understand with covid and that's fine but to leave is outside so the people who are not medicade or Medicare have to suffer and he's 66 years old I'm very disappointed in this doc he is to be real good until he started back doing a lot more pain management patients. Had the best experience with this office . Doctor musharaf will now be my main doctor from now on . Ashley took blood from me and let’s just say she is the only one that never poke me twice with a needle . She is a great assist the team over their really shows she cares about the Patients that come in

Momin has been my pcp since highschool he’s very thorough and brutally honest with what needs to be done. He’s a tireless advocate for his patients as well, as I was having trouble with my health insurance and the moment I told him we called them on the spot so that he could address and solve the complicated issue they were having on their end. Do yourself a favor and avoid this doctor and this place. He simply DOES NOT CARE!

They literally take forever every single appointment Like why schedule us for a certain time and then not see us at that time ? I don’t understand. I thought that’s why it’s called an appointment.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Dr. Momin is very insensitive. My dads visit was literally outside and he’s a stroke patient. I asked for a referral for a facility because a nurse told me to ask because I am no longer able to care for him and he said no it’s impossible I said well what do I do and his response was nothing let him lay in bed. This team of doctors have saved my life four times. Dr. Mouamad actually took his time to bring me a drink and sandwich. He could have just told a nurse. Thanks for the bedside manners and the quality of care you give your patients.

Dr. Momin is a terrific doctor who really cares about his patients and not what kind of insurance you have. He goes above and beyond to make sure he gives the best patient care. He has great bedside manners, and takes his time with each patient ????.

Dr. Momin is an excellent doctor. Has a wonderful bedside manner. I had blood clots and he immediately admitted me into the hospital and got things taken care of. I highly recommend him.

The billing department is horrible! They never answer the phone and they never respond to voice mail messages left.

Scheduled an appointment for 1045am for my newborn son. We arrived on time. Waited two hours in the waiting room. No respect for people's time. Only excuse was that they were getting the baby's room ready. This is supposed to be a pediatrician office. Completely annoyed. We will not be returning here.

I had gone to Dr Momin for my insurance required BMI. The nurse practioner was given TWO blank forms to complete and send in to my insurance company. Neither was sent. I telephoned the office to have the form faxed to my insurance company TWICE. This was not done. Being retired on a fixed income the $125 insurance incentive I would have received is a huge amount for me. Because of the workers in this office I did not receive my incentive monies. Dr Momin's response to his office workers not doing their job was that I should have followed up on it. Problem is that I did follow up three times. How many more times do I need to request his office workers do their job? If they cannot send in routine paperwork, how would they react to serious health related information that needs to be sent out? Dr Mom in is a good doctor. If I could give 0 stars I really would. This is the worst doctor on the south side please do yourself and your health a favor and find another provider. I’ve been to 2 appointments with my husband and Dr Momin does not listen he is in and out of the room in 2 seconds , his medical assistants come in while you are in the middle of your appointment without knocking, he gets distracted and writes the wrong information down in your clinical notes , yes it’s that bad. The worst part about Dr. Momin is his office staff it’s like pulling teeth to have them do their job. I’m starting to wonder if there even qualified for the position. Terrible attitudes no customer service skills you should not have to beg someone to do simple task like faxing clinical information when needed. Please please do not come here. This doctors office is terrible for babies. Maybe doctor Momin is a wonderful doctor but I wouldn’t know because we’ve barely seen him since my daughter was born. The front staff is rude and full of attitudes. I’ve requested to only see him and we’ve been waiting for almost 1 1/2 hours. The wait is too long for the appointment to feel rushed. After him finally coming into the room he was interrupted with the lady in the front asking him about other patients. There’s no customer intimacy at all. Dr. MOMIN is absolutely wonderful!

I am sorry y’all but this doc saved my life cause when I had the flu it may have took some time but that’s because he is short staffed besides that he is the doctor who saved me a lot.

This doctor has helped when my child had a Strep throat he did these 2 steps: listened to the problem then solved it he has been my doctor for 18 years now and I have never had a problem with him ever since definitely recommend him.

It was kinda slow getting in but once we were seen Dr Roebuck was amazing ! My son loved her and she even held him while doing his chart . She is phenomenal

Dr. Momine is an excellent doctor. I have been going to him for some years now. My son first introduced him to me and his dad. When my son was sick in the hospital Dr.Momine stayed the whole time when it became critical and explained to me what was going on. Unfortunately, my son passed away but Dr. Momine was there as a great support. Especially with my husband dying two months prior. Never had any problems with his staff. Absolutely terrible. I delivered at Piedmont Henry and used the pediatrician on call due to moving a few weeks after delivery. The doctor was Dr. Momin. He was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. We went for a follow up appointment within 72 hours after delivery... worst experience of my life. The staff is incompetent and the building is disgusting and under construction. Leaving the hospital, my son weighed 6lbs and measured 18 inches long. They collected measurements there and came up with 8lbs+ and 19.5” long after 72 hours of leaving the hospital... the sad part? The nurse practitioner who supposedly read his discharge papers thought this was OKAY. Babies don’t grow 1.5” overnight. I asked for a remeasure and they then came up with realistic measurements and weight. Thank God I have common sense and had the blessing of growing up with a nurse for a mom. I feel absolutely terrible for everyone who sends their babies there... because they aren’t getting the proper care. Do not go there. Worst experience ever. Absolutely terrible. I would NOT recommend any parent to bring their child here. My experience with Dr Momin’s office has been a terrible one with my 5 month old. Every appointment I’ve had scheduled for her to be seen by him, we’ve had to wait an extensive amount of time. Even sometimes walk-ins would be seen before a SCHEDULED appointment. Dr Momin is clearly overwhelmed with the amount of patients he has a day and it shows when he finally makes it to your room. He’s clearly rushing through the appointment with every visit he has. His staff are very unprofessional and most of the medical assistants I’ve had to interact within his office lack basic skills such as logging weight, height, etc. On one occasion there were 3 different drastic weight differences recorded for my baby. Dr. Momin has been my doctor for the last year and he is great. He is very nice and caring my daughter was really sick he sent her to the hospital while we were in the ER he came over and took care of her and made sure she was ok!!!! Thank you everything Dr. Momin

Dr Momin has been my physician since 2014. He's also my daughter's physician. His office staff are always pleasant and polite. I like the fact that he takes his time and listens to me. I have NEVER had an unpleasant experience here.

Dr. Momin is simply one of the best if not the best medical professionals I have ever met. He has great bedside manner and is down to earth when he talks to you. He spends plenty of time with you and everyone else which unfortunately means he is running behind most of the time but what doctor is not. In his case, he is worth it.

Front office is not helpful. I called trying to pay a bill and they gave me a cell phone number to call.

Horrible. Do not go there at all. First off he prescribed me double dose of medicine for 6 months which could have killed me and then said MY FAULT . Then when i told him how i felt he refused to treat me anymore. Never going back

Great doctor. He saved my life. Front desk nurse, Nancy, needs to learn people skills. Rest of staff are wonderful.

Dr. Momin is an excellent physician. He takes time with his patients to listen and explain what he is doing. He is not your average physician. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. Expect above and beyond!

He is not a good doctor at all he has no consideration of the fact that when you have children that is under age and you have no one to care for them that he will just discharge you like that without coming up with other ideas to help u get the care u need. I will not recommended nobody to check him out at all.

I have used Dr. Momin as my primary doctor for about 4 years now. The staff is very professional and the office is always clean. The doctor went through extensive detail to get the care I needed when I was having chest pains. Without a Doubt the only doctor I trust.

My daughter been sick vomiting,sore throat, sweating, cough... find the office closed at 5 o'clock I got there at 4:45..I my sick child was turned away saying come back to tomorrow!!!! When your in the medical field you don't have the privilege of punching a clock... I know I'm a nurse have been one for 18 yrs. My shift ended at 3:30 time wise. But I didn't leave until my last patient was taken care of.... That the price you pay when you signed up to take care of people.dont turn patients away

Dr Momin impressed me on the first visit with my husband at Henry Piedmont. He was very compassionate and took time to really get to assess whether my husband's condition. It was at that moment that I knew he was going to be our primary care physician. It's four years later and he has not changed a bit. Just love this doctor!
