Dr. Murray D. Robinson

Out of the six or seven surgeons that I’ve seen over the past decade this was the most empathetic, kind, and thoughtful surgeon that I have found. He gave it to me straight, and I felt like he treated me as if I was his son. It’s unbelievable to find doctors with that type of quality nowadays, and I am so pleased that I had a chance to meet him and have him work on my case.

The office staff was fantastic. So friendly and made you feel comfortable from the start. Medical intake personnel very nice. BUT the doctor. Well I don't know if he was preoccupied by other things, but he seemed distant and after I explained what I had tried in the past for my issue. The injections I had tried over many years just don't help and I tried physical therapy that left me in worse condition than when I started. Now granted surgery was the absolute last thing I would try. So when he suggested injections and physical therapy, I was just thinking ,was this guy listening to me! Apparently not. I did not say anything as I saw no point wasting more of my time with him. So I checked out and the next day I let the staff know not to bother wasting there time getting my medical records as I would not be returning. I have to be proactive in my own medical care and this was not going to be the place to do it.

Dr. Murray Robinson is an excellent neurological surgeon. I was in unimaginable neck and hand pain when I went to him. He and his office treated me with care and respect. When he performed surgery on my neck the pain was eliminated with no complications. He was so clear about explaining what was going on with my medical problems that I felt confident that he knew how to fix them. I am so blessed to be a patient of Dr. Robinson. The staff is awesome and Dr. Robinson can't be beat!! He did a 3 level fusion on my neck several years ago and I have full range of motion to this day! ! I'm now returning for a lumbar and hip issue and I promise you that he is the only one I will let operate on me if needed!!

I finally got a clear diagnosis for my back problems. I appreciate the time Dr Robinson spent to explain my condition.
