Dr. Murray D Mcgrady

On paper work it told me to get there 20 min. early so I did so. I sat there waiting for me to get called for an hour. People came in after I got in and out before I got called back. Lady at the front desk did not give Dr. the paper work for me until a hour later right before I got called for my turn.

Dr McGrady is very caring and does a great treatment. Would highly recommend him. Also Rita the appointment person is very helpful.

Office staff had us sit in the waiting room while people with later appointments than ours were asked to come back. 60 minutes/1 hour and still waiting. Now we have to reschedule because we have another appointment to get to. If you have time to sit in a waiting room with 8 other people during COVID this is the place for you.

Dr. McGrady doesn't have much of a bedside manner, but hoping he knows his "stuff". What is most frustrating is the office staff. Almost impossible to get through to anyone in the office. I have to follow-up on EVERYTHING with them. After many phone calls, a report was faxed to them. I confirmed that they received. I called a couple of days before appointment to see if I could do tele-health; and of course they said they didn't have report. This incompetence is extremely hard to swallow; very disgusted.

First visit with Dr. McGrady, I was so impressed. He did not hurry me and answered all of my questions. If i ever need an ENT again it will be him.

Took my old man to see the doc last Tuesday as he has had hearing issues for the past few years. Excellent bedside manner and now Pops can hear better than I can! Very considerate doctor and nurses. Speedy and relaxed appointment. If I could give 6 stars you bet I would.

I love Dr. McGrady and the ENT Institute of Southern Illinois. The audiologist so there are also great. Everyone is honest and not trying to get you to purchase unnecessary hearing aides or the most expensive model.

Such a great doctor. If you want a ENT who is going to listen to you without rushing go to dr. Mcgrady.

I had an awesome experience with Dr McGrady and his nurses! I fractured my nose which required surgery within 1-2 weeks. They got me an apt next day and surgery a few days later. Very friendly, constantly keeping in touch with me and explained everything. I appreciate everything they did for me and highly recommend them!

My two year old son stuck a tiny rock in his nose and the ER was a horrendous experience! However, when we met with Dr. McGrady, we were taken care of right away and the rock was out within seconds! :-)
