I have been a patient at this facility for quite a while and I would most definitely recommend it to anyone who needs help with managing their pain

Excellent service. Dr Loomba cares about his patience.

This office is very professional and they are all super friendly also. I’m so glad Dr. Loomba became my doctor because I suffered with my Back surgery and than with my heart attack, he even made time to stop and see me in the hospital during recovery and asked how I was doing and to give me stronger medicine to help with My Aliments.

Terrible the front desk lady's are childish and unperfessional.1st experience iv was called for ins . Information than told I have to 4:20 pm d to send information as she was leaving at 420 I told her I work till 5 pm and she stated she needed it for me not v to come to appt. Very unperfessional to intimidate someone and then lie that the Office mang. Was not available. And then proceeded to talk about patient in front b of other patients who where taken to a room . The nurses and office Clerks are a representative of Dr Loomba what a shame.

Great Dr and staff. That care

I can never say enough good about this Doctor. If you're just seeking narcotics he definitely isn't for you but if you're actually looking for someone who cares and helps you find options to actually make your life better and treatments other than drugs to help you live a more fulfilling lifestyle, then this is where you should begin. If you need help with the narcotics, he will help you find the best and least toxic resources. I have had chronic pain for over 30 years and been to countless pain Management Doctors and Dr Loomba is the very first one to actually care about YOU. I have been with him for over 5 years now so I think I have enough experience with him to give a knowledgeable opinion. Sometimes his staff can be a little irritable but if you understand the volume and diversity of patients it's a little easier to understand. (Granted sometimes we have the right to our frustrations with them). As I said I can't thank Dr. Loomba enough for his care over the years.

Dr is great really listens to your needs knows what you need for pain

I never have a long wait and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Pain Drs in the past prescribed me strong pain medicine (fentanyl) It messed my life up. I was nervous to see another pain Dr, but Dr Loomba has made a big difference in my daily life, he listens to his patients and has a good bed side manner. Thank you Dr Loomba!

Dr.loomba is just incredible.The girls in the office our always courteous and professional. If you are looking for a team to care for you and about you, this is it. I have been his patient for at least 4 years.

Office is very polite, tentative to your needs and health. Doctor takes the time to listen and direct you to the right doctor.

Was able to be accommodated to fast and have steroid injection done. Dr Loomba is so nice and very gentle during process. He will stop in every introduction of medicine specific to pt pain, and make sure it’s tolerable. Overall a great experience and not mention the procedure room is clean and top notch. .

Everyone was kind and curtious gave me all the information I needed.

I’ve been seeing Dr Loomba for almost a year and he has been nothing but the best!! He’s so patient with me, and is trying EVERYTHING possible to help alleviate my pain!! The entire office staff are so helpful and pleasant, especially Brenda!! I would recommend him to anyone! He’s a little far from me, but worth the trip!!

If I could give him a negative rating I would. I was sent to Dr Loomba after being with another pain mgmt Dr for 5 years. Dr Loomba failed to listen to me, ignored my chart, my diagnosis, the radiology report that states I have a rare bone disease and blew it off the disease I have is rare. Only 400 cases in the world, there’s no cure. There’s no standard treatment and what works for one person can be completely detrimental to the next. The only thing they can do is manage my pain for this disease. Dr Loomba tells me he is gonna fix my pain from the bone disease by giving me an injection in my femoral nerve. I said no. I don’t want that. Didn’t listen. Showed him my X-rays, he disregarded them, wants to put me in aqua therapy even tho resistance, standing and walking aggrivates my bone pain and the disease. That would literally put me in bed for 3-4 days after. He questioned me walking with a cane, said I didn’t need one. Other Dr told me it was a good idea and he was going to recommend it. The list goes on. And he says I don’t need pain meds. The bottom line is I have a rare genetic bone disease that crushes all my nerves. I’m in pain 24-7. Even with meds I’m still at a high pain level. Sometimes it make life bearable. But to be told I do t need anything is ridiculous. And to not listen about my history is ridiculous. A GOOD DR LISTENS EFFECTIVELY! Not order a bunch of tests and tell the patient they are wrong. I’ve been dealing with this for 12 years. I know a lot about my disease. Never going back again. Experience was very good had a very open conversation with the doctor; However, he said he was gonna turn in my prescriptions as soon as I left which was 9:45 AM It is now 3:30 PM and the prescriptions have still not arrived at Walgreens.

Was very impressed by the staff and doctor. He listened, reviewed my history, and actually mapped out several possible avenues for treating my pain issues and he didn't try to push drugs on me like the other pain specialists I've seen. . Dr loomba is amazing

Dr.Loomba is amazing he listens to your concerns and addresses them accordingly if he needs x-rays, MRI or CT he’ll order it. Every time that I have an appointment the staff is very professional and courteous. The office is clean. Yet the Dr is OUTSTANDING!!!!! I was sent to him for knee pain after talking to me extensively he had me do X-ray of my hips. And he was right I am bone on bone in my right hip. That was what really was giving me all the pain.
