Mrs. Mukta Gupta

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Gupta for over 10 years. She sees us both together, at the same time. She has always been very caring and compassionate with us. I tend to ask a lot of questions and she has never been unwilling to give a polite answer. We can always get an appointment the same day. She is a person of integrity.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gupta for many years now. My terminal husband ( who has passed ) was also her patient. Dr. Gupta was an excellent provider threw this traumatic time in our lives. Not only did she show compassion and kindness, she treated my husband in a professional manner. Dr. Gupta truly cares about her patients and she is brilliant at diagnosing and prescribing the right medication that is right for each individual. She never rushed us and she let us ask any and all questions that she answered . I continue seeing Dr. Gupta and would recommend her to anyone ( which I have already done) including my new husband . I trust her and feel confident putting my health in her hands. She has a busy practice that speaks mountains about her as a top notch physician. Massena is lucky to have her as part of our community and I hope she continues to provide her wonderful care to people of Massena for many years to come.

I have always found Dr Gupta to be kind, compassionate and caring at all of my appointments. Sometimes I may have to wait for my appointment, but it is worth it as she takes the time with me to listen to my concerns and complaints. She always takes time to explain things to me that I may not understand and she does not make me feel stupid for asking questions. I know that anytime I call the office for an appointment I am able to get one that same day. I have always been treated with respect and kindness. I am thankful for that. My whole family are patients and I recommend her to anyone that I can!

I went for two visits, first was the "meet n greet" and I should have ran fast out of there! I gave her the consideration that it may be just a personality thing to get over. The second visit was two weeks later to go over the labs she ordered, and she had absolutely no interest in letting me interject with my say in my body and my health! Told me to: "sit down, shut up, and listen!" I felt more like a number than a person or patient. Office staff were OK.

Dr. Mukta Gupta in Massena is a JOKE! I’ve been trying to get my mom to dump her for years! Dr. Gupta’s office visits are always “quick”. As in she wants to see as many patients in a day as possible. My mom has complained to me for years. That she doesn’t feel like she had an adequate visit because she’s always rushed through her appointment. Well today they had a “phone visit”. DrGupta would ask if she had any questions, but then would continue to talk so my mom couldn’t ask questions or give her any updates. Then when my mom WAS able to speak, Dr Gupta would start to speak over her! After she interrupted my mother for the third time During this very short phone call, I jumped in and said “Hey wait a minute! My mother has questions and you keep talking over her!” Dr Gupta’s response was “oh I’m just joking”. Joking about what? Joking by talking over your patient so they can’t answer questions to get them off of the phone quicker? How many other patients does she do this to?

I have been going to her for years. I have 100% faith in her ability to treat me. She has never failed to take care of any medical problems I have had.
