I have been going here for many years. Very good service and communication with everyone. That's why I like them. Easy to talk to. And they listen to you.

This "doctor" is LITERALLY the most dangerous people I have meet in my entire life!!! Writing a review that does not praise him as some kind of God is a guarantee that he will have it removed... This guy the ultimate example of why 70 MILLION Americans (1/3rd of the adult population) suffer from chronic pain!!!

Nice Dr. cares about how u are doing.love all the drs there. Gives very good care.i go monthly and have been going for about 8 years..

Dr. Kahn and his staff are very accommodating and extremely professional and competent. I am very pleased with their services.

Straight foward man, no non-sense kinda guy and staff. Dont lie to them ever...its the worst thing you can do in that office.

I started coming here for severe neck and shoulder pain. My initial visit I had to do a drug screen which I was not informed about prior and was fine because I do not do drugs but I had to go into a filthy bathroom that had pee all over the floor and toilet seat. When I went to wash my hands they didn’t have paper towels and I had to get it at the front desk because “people were clogging the toilet with the paper towels”. Once I finally got in to the exam room there were two nurses that came in at separate times to ask me the exact same questions. Then I waited over an hour after they left to see the doctor. I was there almost three hours before the “doctor” came in. I say this in quotes because he legitimately asked me what I wanted to do and I had no idea. He didn’t want to do xrays or anything and went staight to giving me a pain injection. However, I would have to wait three weeks for this appointment. I came back in for my pain injection and a nurse gave it to me. She had no clue what she was doing and asked me where it hurt for her to give me the shot. This was absolutely terrible and I didn’t not go back. Then I receive a bill and call back to pay it and they stated that they were also charging me a fee for the urine test but it wasn’t on the bill. It was an absolute joke and I will never go back or suggest anyone go there. It’s also very filthy throughout the waiting room and in the exam rooms. I’ve been patient for a few years and all the doctors are great. Your seen at your appointment time. Clean and staff is very nice and friendly. They have such a caring wonderful team.

Negative stars if I could. When he doesn't know how to treat you he just forces you out of his care, my first visit he really seemed to care and want to help me but since things weren't working well for me and that he didn't know how to treat my condition every appointment he'd ask me if I found a new doctor yet...thanks

I kbow when you hear "pain management" that the first thing you think of is pill pusher. This is not the case with this office staff. There are times it can feel like a production line, but what doctors office never does? In the years I have been going I have not meet one of the staff that was not great, the nurses and front desk staff always greets me with a smile and the doctors are great. If I knew who to report this group to I certainly would. My wife, who will remain nameless, goes to Advanced Spine & Pain Mgmt. She has several herniated and degenerated discs. From the get go, this place was ridiculous. They treat you like a drug addict as soon as you walk in the door. I get that people abuse the system, but that doesn't mean you have to be evil to your patients. Terrible communication and record keeping. Upon her last visit they had no idea, or record, that she received a cortisone shot... Keep in mind she couldn't even get a shot until she went through some ridiculous 8 weeks of physical therapy that amounted to a heat pack on her back for 20 minutes then a rate your pain session... They will not call you back! She's called on multiple occasions to find out why she hasn't had her follow-up shots scheduled. Most recently she needed her script filled three days early. Two days later she had to physically walk into the office and get in someone's face because they would not return calls to her or the pharmacy. Finally, she had another surgery for another issue. As her pain management all her medications have to be approved by this group, which we didn't know. The surgeon prescribed pain medication, fully aware of what she was taking for her back, to supplement for a few days after surgery. When reaching the pharmacy they explained they couldn't fill it until they received approval from Dr Kahn's office. They refused to fill her script according to the pharmacy. So for the rest of the day after her surgery she called Kahn's office 4 times trying to find out why it wasn't approved and received no call back. She called the emergency number the next day twice, it was the weekend at this point, with no response. The service this place provides their patients is barbaric. I hope enough patients post their experiences online to warn potential patients to avoid and stay away from these terrible people. If I knew who to report this group to I certainly would. From the get go, this place was ridiculous. They treat you like a drug addict as soon as you walk in the door. Very cold writes a script and says bye. Gave me an epidural and I have asked around and sounds like he did it wrong. I NEVER write reviews but I saw this and had to let people know. Only reason I went here is the VA covers/ recommended him. After my epidural that didn't work he would not write a different script bc I ran out of the other one. And the after hours emergency repsonse! Forget it! I call 7 times in 18 hours and no response once from inside the ER! Bc the epidural didn't work.

Dr. Khan is excellent. I would recommend to anyone. Better than anyone else I have seen in the past with my neck problems.

Always want to cut down on meds that work, to put you on newer crap that don't help. If you have to lower mg of the actual meds that works, and put on crap like, celibrex, lyrica, and other meds cause they are newer. Don't. Never being out of pain, makes you sit ,home, don't move off couch, because it's not worth the pain, you give up living life to a life of suffering more. Why? I was a patient of Dr. Khans for 3.5 years and never saw him, during my monthly visits, once. He did the procedures and was very quick about shuffling patients through. There isn't even running water in the patient bathroom (where we gave urine samples) and I was dismissed for having alcohol in my sample one time in the 3.5 years I was a patient and I tried explaining it was a Thanksgiving dinner and I didn't take my meds that day but to no avail, now it's on my record. Unprofessional
