I have been a patient of Dr.M. Reddy since 1980 and he has been professional, dedicated, devoted and determined to heal, listen, encourage and communicate with candor and concern. Medicine is a partnership, even when he doesn't fully agree with my input, he is never condescending, but is open minded, respectful and empathetic as if he, too, has been some doctor's patient. Receptionist was rude assuming things of me that WASN'T true, NEVER experienced the first impressions of the rudest,unprofessional, sarcastic little girl in MY life. The doctor didn't act like a doctor at all, letting his receptionist talk to people as she wanted telling doctor pretty much what to do. I been on a feeding tube and about lost my life. Unfortunately lost my job after being on fmla and much more. Anyways list my work insurance due to all these changes in my life and hadbti stop lots of meds.due to can't be crushed or liquid due to my tube. Didn't want to change doctors had the same doctors for literally years and just wanted ALL my meds back prior to my feeding tube. NEVER in my 40 years have I EVER been labeled as anything and this receptionist thought and assumed I was there just for my Ritalin and I was there for my dilation due to epilepsy and get back on my Ritalin as well due to having narcolepsy since I was a teenager. She loudly told doctor as I'm in a shut door in a room waiting for the doctor to come in how I just wanted my 10 mg.ritalin that I been on same dose since I was 15. Falsely saying things as I was some kind of dam addict!!!!!!!! Feel pretty sad over this situation of losing good insurance and great doctors. Then having to be on the state medical card and looking slot. Was HAPPY to find this doctor then go in there and hear this non professional receptionist say the things I heard through the doors. It's just wrong PERIOD!!!!!! I'm sooo disgusted with the way I was treated makes me sick. But yet my daughter goes there as well. She started seeing him a few weeks before me that's why I was very eager to see him. She said he was good to her so I went waitied 3 months to get in to hear her not the doctor. Now back to square 1 !!!!! NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!
