Dr. Moufid-John H Abdo

I was very disappointed. He seemed to have his own agenda and wanted to place me in an expensive allergy program. He didn’t address my concerns. Even if this expensive allergy treatment requiring weekly visits over extended time was a good solution for me, I never felt confident because he never addressed my symptoms or questions. I consider him one of the worst doctor experiences I’ve ever had.

Excellent doctor. Takes time with his patients and is highly skilled surgeon.

Doctor Moufid Abdo has preformed a surgery on me and he did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable and excellent surgen.

His nurse leaves a lot to be desired, I am waiting over two weeks for the results of an MRI, when I called his nurse to inquire she told me it was sitting on his desk and that she would call me back with the results, now it's going into the third week come this Monday, my next call will be to Administration. Southern Tier Imaging told me that Dr Abdo's office received the results of my tests in a timely fashion so why can't I. Waiting for test results can be quite overwhelming!

Good doctor. Terrible phone service. I'm still on hold over 11 minutes trying to renew a prescription. No email so unless you have a fax you have to wait. Maybe you could email me to get this refill of my Flonase prescription?
