I’ve been seeing Dr.Jaffri since my MS diagnosis and I am really happy to have him as my doctor. He’s been so helpful and easy to talk to regarding my diagnosis and treatment options.

Dr Jaffri is very intelligent and thorough. He is straight forward and honest. Ascension is lucky to have such a good doctor.

I was diagnosed with facial palsy due to a a rare infection and was referred to Dr.Jaffri’s clinic. He figured out a treatment for my facial paralysis and I am feeling like my old self again.

Do not reccomend..does not listen and makes you feel like everything is in your head. Have neuropathy and other undiagnosed issues and didnt do any testing to look into other areas besides ms. Didnt do any testing at all besides a mri upon my request and referral to him for one. Very rude and not helpful at all and will just send you off for a second opinion because he doesnt want to put the time in to figure out what's wrong. Never fully explained why they diagnosed my siezure the way they did. If ur gonna give a diagnosis at least take the time to explain why it happens whether that be using images or a diagram or something to help me know why what happened happened. Espically when you have to make life changing decisions. Instead I was treated like a deadbeat alcoholic (which I am neither) and made to feel like I was wasting his time. He was really courteous and helped me find the right treatment for my chronic migraine

Was tired all the time and the wife kept complaining about snoring. Dr Jaffri booked me a sleep study and I’ve been doing much better now with the cpap treatment

Dr Jaffri was so supportive when I got my MS diagnosis, I felt like he actually cares to listen to his patient and not rush them during such a horrible period in our lives

Dr Jaffri was on call when my daughter was diagnosed with Guillian Barre syndrome. I cannot say enough positive things about his knowledge and care. Highly recommend

I was dealing with numbness in my hands and feet and my family doctor referred me for EMG testing at Dr Jaffri’s office at Mercy hospital. Best neurologist ever! He is a very intelligent doctor and great at what he does. I love that he does not sugar coat things, he will tell you like it is and what needs to be done to help your symptoms. If you are looking though for a “hand holder” who will say anything to please you then he wouldn’t be the one for you. Dr. Jaffri took an appropriate amount of time to go over my symptoms, genetic history, and options for next steps. I was heard and respected. I plan to stay under his care and feel confident that I will be well taken care of.

Spent almost no time with me. Refused to answer any questions I had or offer any help. Stated if I find an answer to let him know because he has no idea.

Do not waste your time. He is insensitive, unempathetic, inconsiderate and self absorbed. He loved to hear himself put me down. Which he did a number of times and usually with a chuckle. He cut me off in mid sentence with tears in my eyes all bc he wanted me to move my mask up as it had slipped from under my glasses to the middle of my nose and then joked that he could give me covid ?? He told me my GI dr isn't a real dr bc he put me on 2 medications that will kill me in my sleep. In reality he exaggerated a very rare side effect as something imminent. What kind of dr does that?! He refused to do a sleep study instead telling me i would need a spinal tap to diagnose narcolepsy - which he said with a laugh. He never really addressed what is going on instead choosing to make unnecessary and rude jokes, demean my feelings, cast aside my worries and knit pick my medications. I'm scared and my body is doing things I cannot control. But he doesn't care to uphold the oath of a Dr to treat those who are sick with the best of one's ability! It seems that his ability is rather limited. Save yourself time and self worth. Do NOT go to this chump. I knew this appt would turn out to be a bust considering I got in the same day I called and then everyone that works with him never smiled, gave the cold shoulder and seemed to not want to be there. From the front desk to the nurse.Â

Very good at treating migraines so far w/Botox. Polite and friendly.

Pretty much told me everything is in my head & to manage my anxiety (even though I have been). He also told me he didn’t know why I was getting tested for something when there isn’t a treatment for it, thanks for making me feel even more hopeless. Finding a neuro elsewhere

Excellant doctor!! I was feeling so tired and weak. It made it hard to take care of my self, my children and to succeed in my career. I have been to other physicians, but no-one seemed able to help me. I heard about Dr. Jaffri from a friend and decided to go see him. HE SAVED MY LIFE! He listened to me and took the time to answer all my questions. After some testing I ended up being diagnosed with MS. After my diagnosis he took the time to explain what MS was and explain the treatment plan with me. I feel that he listened very well to what is important in my life. My daughter was having seizures. I took her to him for a second opinion. I'll never go to him again and would recommend you don't either. He came in, didn't ask any questions. Told us his opinion. I asked if I could describe the symptoms and background... he said "if you can do it in 3 minutes". He didn't listen and then just said I agree with the original diagnosis. After following his advice my daughter had another seizure and ended up with temporary memory loss. After that the original neurologist changed the diagnosis. Seeing Jaffri was a complete waste of time and money. He was rude, arrogant and didn't help us in any way. My daughter was in tears as we walked out of his office.

Very kind and caring. I was diagnosed with MS and he has helped me get my life back from this disease. He takes the time to listen to me and answer my questions. I never feel rushed. His staff is also so kind and making an appointment is easy.

Barely listen to a thing I said made his own incomplete decisions on my ms missed boat loads was very rude so was his nurse I would never go back to him or give any good recommendations.

Went in with my friend as she had an appointment to find out why she has been so week and just trying to get answers. She was unsure if it was MS (as some of her family does have) or what it might be. Her first visit Dr. Jaffri continued to call her fat and told her so lose weight which she has been doing and in the process started having all these symptoms come up. Well she continued to go back to this man and this time I was with and every time we would ask questions Jaffri would just tell us its due to her being fat. Jaffri had did a hand strengthening test on her and just because she was unable to hold her hand as he pushed and elbows as he pushed Jaffri told her she is not even trying. So when my friend was trying to tell him she was trying he did the same test for the same result and told her there is nothing I can do for you when you don't want to try. At this point he was getting ready to exit us out of the office to where I told my friend she needed a new doctor and at this point Jaffri raised his voice at me and asked what I said so I told him. Then he told me I should be grateful for him. Then as we were walking out the door he said something else along with calling me a swear word! This is not ok he is being paid by his patients which he has no right to even swear at all let alone put somebody down to the extent he was. I HIGHLY recommend never seeing him. He was in his neurology practice when I saw him. Very very intelligent man. We got along very well and he explained my issues and his findings to me in great detail, yet so that I could understand. Neurological tests are never fun, but he made it tolerable and it was very important to get the information he was able to determine from the tests and his course of treatment greatly helped me and got me back into living life again.
